It doesn't look like much at first glance, but once you taste their crepes you won't stop going back. Not only do they have (in my opinion) the worlds best crepes, they have very friendly staff and an all around great environment. What a sweet surprise to find a great crepe restaurant while visiting family in Regina. We tried a couple of sweet crepes and a savory, all of which were delicious. We actually ordered via Door Dash and the delivery was prompt. Reason for the 4 stars: Their menu lists the savory crepe we ordered as 11.95; however, when ordering on Door Dash, you're FORCED to select a meat option for an additional $2. Got there at 10:20, we were expecting it to be busy as it was Mother's day. Got seated at 10:50. There was only 1 person doing all the running around, cleaning tables, hand washing dishes, making drinks, filling and packaging outside take out orders orders, working the til, etc. She came to our table at 11:03 to take our orders. We ordered a pot of tea and 1 coffee. She bought our tea out at 11:20, with no cups. Kept apologizing saying "I'm so sorry". After waiting more than 10 minutes, I had to go get my own cups. Again, "i'm so sorry". The coffee didn't come until 11:35. She kept saying "I'm so sorry". While we were waiting in line to be seated and while we were seated, we kept noticing how many skip the dishes drivers kept coming in and how many take out orders they were filing and no one had any food or drinks on the table in the entire restaurant. They were so busy filing take out orders, they weren't paying attention to any on the dine in customers. THEY SHOULD ALWAYS COME FIRST. If they don't have the equipment or staff to keep up with dine in, take out and skip combined, they should be turning down the take out orders and skip orders. There were 4 of us. At 12:10, so over an hour wait. The crepes came out in batches. One hot, one cold, as it was sitting on the counter as no one to bring it to the table. Then a few mins later a third came out, and the 4th did not come out at all-- because the one lady working was too busy taking people's orders for take out that were waiting in the line and decided to just do take out and come back. I had to go get the 4th crepe, as it was just sitting there on the counter getting cold. Absolute HORRIBLE service today. I have been there many times, and it is not like this normally. They were overwhelmed and should have stopped filling take out orders and focused on the actual customers in their restaurant. Sadly, they were looking to capitalize on money it appeared. We watched 3 tables of 3 -4 people leave because there was no service at any of the tables. It was sad. They only reason we stayed was bc I wanted my parents to have a different experience with different food they don't normally have. The food is usually VERY good, but as 2 of the 4 crepes were served cold, we were all VERY disappointed. THEY NEEDED MORE STAFF and need help running a business. Even things like cleaning tables, instead of using a bin to put all the dishes in, she had to make 4 trips back and forth from each table as she carried what she could in her hands back to the kitchen each time. It was such bad service, I don't think I will ever go back. As business owners, they should have recognized all their customers were frustrated, and stopped taking take out orders as they could not keep up with 2 staff. It was very hard as a dine in customer, to watch them make order after order and package them all up for people to come in and take to go, while no one in the restaurant had any food or drinks on the tables. If you can't keep up, you have to say no, but sadly they were just trying to make as much money as they could. Had they focused on their customers that were dining in, and had another worker to help bus tables and bring drinks, they would have been able to turn over more dine in tables. It should not take over 3 hours for crepes! We did not leave there until after 1. I do not feel this business has much knowledge on how to run a business. She kept saying "I'm so sorry", but was doing nothing to fix it. NO one was happy and you could hear so many customers complaining as they were sitting there for over an hour without even a coffee and kept going up to the counter to ask where their food and drinks were. Absolutely terrible experience that could have been avoided had they just focused on the dine in customers. On busy day's like mother's day, they should have been heavier staffed up, or had more equipment to make the amount of crepes they were taking orders for. If you only have the capabilities to make 2 crepes at a time, you can't possibly take orders for 3x the amount and expect the same service. They should have stopped taking outside orders. A creperie in the Prairies? Mais oui! Tucked away in the far away land of Northwest of Regina, this charming, unassuming cafe serves good coffee and even better crepes. We sampled both sweet and savoury; both were equally delicious.The crepe batter was the right balance of flat and fluffiness, complimenting the tanginess of swiss cheese and beef, and brown sugar butter. We also had the wonderful salted caramel latte that was the perfect start to an otherwise inglorious Sunday. BH had the Moroccan sausage crepe and he was very happy with it. A special to thank you to the usual suspects, Buns and G for introducing us to this brunch place! In comparison, Marokena serves lighter fare than most restaurants in the city but you will not walk out hungry. What they lack in the typical heftiness of Prairie fare, they make up for with clever flavour combinations that will keep you coming back for more. read more

Very well hidden in North Regina, lies a great crepe shop. It was very quiet on a Saturday evening, which surprised us when we went. The crepes were delicious, we had both a savory (with sausage) and a dessert (banana, nutella and strawberries). Fantastic quality at a great price! The crepes were very well made, and you could tell they put a lot of care into making them. Will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in Regina. read more

If you love crepes, this is the place to go. The crepes are luscious- think Banana Creme Brulee Crepe garnished with Chopped Pecans and drizzled with Caramel Sauce. Sooo Good! My husband and I each chose an Entree Crepe and shared desert. The Entre Crepes are delicious and large enough to be able to take some home for next day lunch. However, we decided next time we will share an Entre Crepe and each get desert - I want my own Banana Creme Brulee Crepe although there were several others that we decided we must also try. The service was excellent and The Creperie has a very relaxing atmosphere. read more
