I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, quality care. I was treated by Karen, PA-C, who was competent, compassionate, and genuinely warm from the start. She made me feel like more than just a number, which is something I truly appreciated. The staff was equally wonderful. Even when the provider was running behind, they took the time to check in with me and communicate clearly about the delay. That level of transparency and consideration goes a long way. In many healthcare settings, it can feel like everything is rushed due to high demand, but that wasn't the case here. The team made me feel seen and cared for as a person. This place is beyond terrible. I'm shocked this is considered an urgent care facility. My husband had to get results from an MRI (in person for no discernible reason) for a Worker's Comp claim. Waited over an hour in the almost empty waiting room. Finally got in and was asked for height and weight when there was a scale right next to his chair. Took blood pressure over his thick hoodie. Sat in the exam room for another 20 min. Turns out the doctor hadn't seen the MRI results, had to track them down (more wait time) and didn't seem certain of the diagnosis. A follow-up visit was just as terrible. I'm also not convinced they didn't charge for visits they set up and sent confirmations to the wrong phone number (so he "missed" his appointments). I know healthcare professionals are under a lot of stress, but this place was not busy, and they still failed on every level. read more

I've taken myself and my kids to this urgent care multiple times especially on a weekend when their pediatrician's office is closed or during off business hours on the weekdays, or if I want an early time. I like that it's located nearby (closer to Rady Children's Urgent Care from our place) and they're in-network with our insurance. I never had any issues whoever is at the front desk, and the nurses were all welcoming and nice. In regard to the providers, I noticed I don't see the same provider when we're there (I think that's good?) Most providers are great, I had one provider that sounded irritable LoL, and another provider that was very nice but I couldn't understand what he was saying plus he was wearing a mask so it made it worse but I got the most important part of our visit so that was that LoL. Overall, I would go back here again either for myself or my kids' urgent care needs. read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before coming here, however I've had body aches and fever for 3 days non stop and this was the first place my insurance verified that I could go there to get assistance. I waited for 4 hours as a walk in. They kept putting other walk ins in front of me because they were waiting to check my "benefits" I basically waited for 50 minutes without being checked in. When I finally got up to ask if I was going to be seen, they had literally forgotten to run my insurance card. That was so frustrating The staff was very dismissive when I asked how many people were ahead of me. I understand they might have a lot of patients to take care of but the service provided was absolutely trash. I would definitely recommend checking the reviews first especially when it has to do with your health. I wish I hadn't wasted my time. read more

I came in early morning for an ankle sprain and I was very worried and nervous after a less than ideal experience with a different urgent care facility. I regret not coming to this one sooner! The front office is nice and helpful with any questions that might come up, the facility itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff are A+. I was seen by Dr. Rojas and he was very patient and reassuring with me, which is great for calming nerves down. He prescribed some exercises and rest and I was happy to be informed that I did NOT break my ankle. Linette and Jaina were extremely professional, nice, and caring during my appointment, and Oscar the radiologist was very professional and funny! I am very disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. I arrived at 8:25 AM and there was only one patient ahead of me. Despite the clinic appearing nearly empty, I waited well over an hour before being seen. I was eventually evaluated by a nurse, but I was never seen by a doctor or provider. After that, I continued waiting in the exam room for an extended period with very little communication about the delay. To make matters worse, when I requested a simple work note, I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes after already spending a significant amount of time at the clinic. I understand that delays can happen in healthcare, but the lack of communication and the apparent disregard for patients' time was extremely frustrating. If there had been a full waiting room, I would have understood, but there were very few patients present throughout my visit. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. read more

Worst urgent care ever! Completely useless staff and doctors. Do NOT waste your time coming here. Last time I came, the doctor was completely rude and was cussing. This time, I'm here because my wife had an appointment. Her appointment was at 6pm. They didn't call her to the back until 6:30pm. At 7pm, she texted they walked her into a room amd still hadn't seen her yet. It's now 7:15pm and a doctor finally went to her room and said they're going to refer her to a neurologist. She was supposed to be seen by a neurologist THIS appointment. That was the entire point of this follow-up appointment. So far we've wasted an hour and a half just to be told she needs to go see yet another doctor. These idiots will waste your time and rack in money from your insurance company for multiple wasteful visits. DO NOT waste your time coming here!!!! read more

I scheduled an appointment for today 07-01-2025 and  at 4:15 they asked me to be early like 10 minutes I went there and Im in the room for 55 minutes and no one shows up  they put me in the room two for 55 minutes. A/C was broken and noisy and I was like was too much stress. No response or apologize from what happened . And I don't recommend this provider at all . I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this urgent care. The doctor was extremely dismissive of my symptoms and seemed uninterested in listening or asking meaningful questions about what I was experiencing. The entire interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. What was most troubling was that the doctor's demeanor noticeably changed after he saw my shirt that said "Border Patrol." His attitude became colder and more rude, and the level of respect and care declined significantly. It felt very much like I was being judged or treated differently based on my profession. Healthcare providers should treat every patient with the same level of professionalism and respect, regardless of their job, background, or personal beliefs. Patients should never feel like they are being discriminated against or receiving lesser care because of who they are or what they do for a living. Urgent care facilities exist to provide medical help, not to pass judgment on patients. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and concerned about the professionalism and impartiality of the care provided here. The staff here does not show compassion or genuine concern for patients. They seem to care only about routine labs (like a standard metabolic panel) and then sending you home with Tylenol, regardless of your symptoms. It appears to be that they only work for a paycheck, because this has happened every single time I have been there (four visits in total) but never once did I feel truly helped. I kept coming back because no doctor was around any of these times. On one occasion I had to go directly to the emergency room after leaving this clinic because nothing had been done for me. I strongly advise others: if you are feeling very sick or in severe pain, go directly to the emergency room instead of coming here. Otherwise, you will only waste your time, your money, and your peace of mind. The provider we saw (Melanie, a PA) very young and very arrogant. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no empathy. Patients deserve to be heard and cared for, not treated like just another number. read more

I had to bring her back because no doctors office had an appointment available and the doctor was very rude, rolling his eyes at me as I explained what had happened the last time we had came. I like that you're able to make an appointment and fill out paperwork online to make the process a lot quicker and so that you don't have to be in the waiting room with other sick people as long. Slowest service ever! Only 6 people ahead of me on a Tuesday afternoon. I checked in at 4:12pm. They brought me back at 6:00pm, and it's 6:29pm, and I'm still waiting for a provider to see me. This is the worst delay of care I've ever experienced. I'm a healthcare provider seeking urgent care. I could have easily asked a colleague to call in a script for me but didn't want to go that route. I would be appalled for my patients if they had to wait as long as I currently am waiting. Still waiting! Provider came in at 6:45pm. I expressed my frustration for the lack of communication regarding anticipated wait times. Front staff wasn't courteous enough to let patients know that they will be waiting for more than an hour, let alone my experience of a 3 hour wait! I Left at 650pm! The Provider told me she was the only provider on staff. I find that puzzling that a provider is unable to manage 6 -10 patients in a 3 hour window. Therefore, resulting in delay of patient care. This is a great example of why our healthcare system is so flawed! Providers don't have the support, staff can't communicate, and patients suffer when they are at their most vulnerable time. I typically go to Southbay Urgent care off Palm Avenue, where they have over 15-20 patients in their waiting room and you're seen on average approximately 30-45 minutes at the most! 45minutes is a higher maximum time. SOUTHBAY URGENT care has exceptional service and communication. They are professional and have great bedside manners. I only came here thinking it would be quicker because I live down the street! What a big mistake! I will NEVER be coming back to ANY MARQUE urgent care! I keep trying to give this place a chance over the years but I run into different issues each time. read more

Horrible costumer service ! They don't respect the time of reservation . I waited for an hour with my two year old screaming. At least outside they have a little play area but I was put in the room over 30 minutes and then i left . The actitude of the people working there is beyond terrible. They didn't care about me or my child . They should not accept kids with that kind of service . Please do you self a favor and don't come here if you have sick children . Can't believe they employ male PA-C that is clueless. Today, I presented with left neck pain radiating to left face and head. Did some focused assessment and few questions. Sent me home and advised to be take ibuprofen/tylenol and/or warm compress. What a waste of going to PA school when you are clueless doing differential diagnosis. I have no clue how much iburpofen I should take now. No diagnostic test such as EKG was offered just to be sure. I will die in this place Addendum: by the way the PA-C said my vitals are normal. Unbelievable! Almost 3hrs wait. They keep bumping me because they said online reservation or appointments are priority before walk in. Absolutely unacceptable. And then they called me, and was seen only for less than 2 minutes. Of course, they only prescribed some meds to relieve some pain and sent me home. How can they diagnose an illness without proper imaging to see the underlying cause of pain. Horrible experience. Never ever again! I'll just go straight to ER next time. Hopefully, there'll be no reason to go, but never ever coming back here!! read more

Edit: Marque Urgent Care reached out within a couple hours after the miscommunication. Monica was kind enough to have me come back today to be seen immediately. The PA that I was seen by was kind and took her time to explain the diagnosis and medications. Thank you for reaching out to me and seeing me. If I could give 0 stars for today I would. I had made an appointment online to see them this morning. I have been seen at this location before and self paid. I was told that since I have been there before the initial cost would be $170. When I arrived they couldn't find me in the system. Receptionist went to speak with the manager who then informed me that I would need to be seen as a new patient and would cost $240. I was then told that I could make a virtual appointment and it would be cheaper. I cancelled my in person visit and scheduled online. I was then informed that my virtual appointment needs to be cancelled because my symptoms need to be seen in person and now there are no more time slots. I told them that it was the Eastlake office that told me to make a virtual appointment and if I had known other wise I wouldn't have cancelled. I told them I took the day off for this appointment and unable to come back tomorrow. Due to misinformation I lost out on my in person appointment. The lack of care and knowledge at this location is unacceptable. I would rather pay more at another location than to come back here. read more

The facility was very clean and modern.  I had a reservation, thinking that I wouldn't have to wait 2 hours.  But I was told that even with a reservation, you can wait as long as the walk-ins.  The total wait time with a reservation was 1.5 hours. Which was a shock, because why even offer reservations then? You get a link to register,  but it still takes the front desk 20 to 30 minutes to put your information in.  Kind of confusing,  what is the purpose  of me filling out the form if they have to do the same thing?  Finally made it back and the staff was very friendly and helpful.  A few rapid tests and an 1.5 hour later, we were finally out of there.  Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with the exception of the wait time with an appointment. read more

The 2 stars are only awarded to the front desk staff- thank you for being kind, efficient and fast. It didn't take long to be seen. I was going here for a second opinion of sorts. Went to another UC for an eye irritation and was diagnosed with Blepharitis (which I presumed). The only reason I went here is because 2 days later I was still experiencing a lot of discomfort though the doctor said the relief of the topical antibiotic should kick in immediately (which it did then flared up again). The doctor I saw here (Michael Gonzalez) said it was Dermatitis.... um, Blepharitis can occur from dermatitis. And it was more than just itchy and red. He clearly saw swelling and puffiness. But he wanted to prescribe me Prednisone. I said f that. BTW this all happened (the actual Dr. visit) in a matter of ONE MINUTE. That's not healthcare. Not sure if he just wanted to prescribe, get me out, and/or say the other Dr. was wrong, but I was so disappointed. Kudos to the first visit/UC clinic for apparently getting it right, because now I am so much better. And it was a much more pleasant visit overall. I was a human there. But not here. read more

I went there because I was severely in pain for my back. The have lumbar disk disease and it got bad to the point where I can barely walk my dog. I tried to get a cortisone shot which the doctor could not provide at that office, which is fine. But when I asked for X-rays his response was, "For what ? It's just going to show your back going like this." Then when I let him know I still wanted the X-rays he said "okay" like I was a bother to him. I had been waiting for over an hour and half just to get looked at and basically sent away. I felt so frustrated and uncomfortable I left before I could do the X-rays or get discharge papers. When I opened the door I asked the nurse if I could just leave and she said yeah... with basically nothing. I wanted the X-rays but my back was hurting so bad and I was uncomfortable with how I was being treated .. it's like I was an inconvenience for being there. I'll never go back to this place again. read more

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST.. Unfortunately I've been coming here for years even before it was Marque because it is conveniently down the street from my house. Always a hit or miss experience but honestly it's always a miss. I don't come here for care, if I'm sick or anyone of my family members are, I'd rather go to the emergency room. You're going to wait the same amount of hours only for them to ask you a couple questions and send you off with a prescription. You're going to ask yourself, "I waited how many hours for that?!" and still feel like crap. Which is why I learned my lesson to never get care here after all the bad experiences I've had to go through. Not to mention, I've had an experience where they don't even send your presecription to the pharmacy right away. I went to the pharmacy 1 hour after I left Marque only for the the pharmacy to tell me that they never received my prescription. When I called Marque back, no one wanted to take responsibilty for it not being sent playing the "he said, she said game", they still didn't send it right away. It took hours for my medication to be ready and picked up. This Urgent Care really gives Urgent Care a bad name. I haven't been here in years and I only came here to get a TB skin test done, sounds simple right? Receptionist at the front desk could at least put a smile of her face, she gives you this vibe that you're not going to have a wonderful experience here. Her vibe comes off as, "I'm going to give you an answer that you won't like", "Have a seat, you'll be called in the next hour or 2" even though you have an appointment. I bit the bullet because I was considered a walk in and was told that I'd have to wait a hour or so. I wait 1 hour and 10 minutes. I noticed a lot of people around me had appointments but still had to wait long. A lady next to me told me that she had an appointment and have been wating an hour. The waiting room is packed, the back room looks empty, it seems like no one wants to be time effeicent and there is no sense of urgency, they walk and call you by name like sloths . As a healthcare worker of +15 years its pretty disappointing to see. Like your job is not that hard?! Came back for my second skin test, the front desk recommended that I schedule an appointment and come early. What do they tell me after 15 minutes of checking in, SORRY, we can't preform a test for you because we ran out of solution. Let's be real, you're not sorry. You're just a sorry Urgent Care. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 2 HOURS TO SPARE OR IF YOU'RE BORED. IF YOU'RE DESPARATE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET BETTER CARE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Interesting experience visiting this location for an injury my child endured a busted lip that got infected. I found it interesting that a doctor checks up on you remotely through a screen and camera instead of in person. This clinic is so advanced they live in jetsons era lol the doctor on screen was very good at detecting the infection in my child's mouth and prescribed antibiotics. Had a great experience with their new technology. Had s short wait time and quick visit. Overall a positive experience highly recommend. read more

If I could give a no star rating I would. This place is a disaster. They are now seeing people in a trailer. You wait for hours under a tent without heat. There is no one outside greeting so if you follow the posters you are suppose to use the QR code. I did that so I waited for two hours before going inside to check when would they see me. She then proceeds to tell me that I needed to check inside and has me sign a form. The form was the exact information. They have what appear to be 4 high school students doing all the tests and treatments. People were waiting in cars because it was so cold. No one was coming out to call out names.
