I was minding my own business at Home Depot buying something for the house, when The owner/installer approached me and started threatening to kick my ass because of the review I left him. He made a huge science asking me to go outside to fight. I was armed at the time, so didn't give in to his threats. Long story short HD employees called the cops and he took off. Who does that? Years later I paid them to perform maintenance on 60 ft of gutter. The estimate was high but I just wanted it off my plate. The guy they sent for the estimate didn't even get up to look at the gutter state. Then the person they sent to do the job was in and out in 65 minutes for a ridiculous amount of money. The worst part is he didn't even do a good job (see pictures) and left a mess for me to clean up. They sent him out again and it became clear that he never even had tested the seals. When I complained they gave a me $50 discount. I still feel I got charged double what the work was worth.
