It surprised me that finding a company to replace aging and damaged gutters could be so difficult. One company asked me to take my own measurements and submit them, and another company refused to put the job in writing (I asked for an overall proposal with cost and, apparently, that was asking too much). Then I had the pleasure of being in touch with Rain Gutters Unlimited. The owner, Carlos, speaks limited English, and I do not speak Spanish, but Carlos' daughter, who accompanies him, handled the communications, and did a great job of it. She was present for the estimate, kept me well informed about the date and time of doing the work, and was there during the work process. They were on time, did the work exactly as stated on the proposal, and at the price stated.
