Wished they fixed tv size and cable to be digital or all channels had a clear image. A very complete gym with plenty cardio equipment, weight lifting area and bike and elliptical area plus the pool to one side and to the other side men's lockers, restrooms and steam room. A great massage schedule and value. If you plan to be at airport for more than 7 hours, it is worth going to the hotel via sky bridge from terminal 1. A great bar lounge with plenty of tvs. Two restaurants, Cualli a higher end and LA Huerta a more every hotel type of restaurant but really good. Also access to La Mansion Steakhouse grill restaurant. Nowadays the best asset I discovered they have is a clinic where you can get your antigen covid test to fly into USA. I got mine before heading for breakfast and after breakfast picked up my printed results. Sometimes I've seen the rate too high for a 5 hour sleep time, but if under $80 then absolutely worth your rest here.

I stayed in a junior suite room, perfect for my four-day stay in Mexico City. It was spacious, with AC and plenty of natural lighting. Their breakfast option was incredibly good. They had a food bar with amazing possibilities and a station to order eggs and chilaquiles. The room service was excellent. The translation simply said they did not have room for me and would help me find another room. They smirked and laughed and refused to help me find another room. They then claimed it was because my reservation did not have a credit card with it - when I showed them the confirmation with a credit card - they then claimed the card did not work - oddly it worked just fine for the taxi to the hotel and when I finally found another room at another hotel - as an older woman traveling alone - this was was really stressful and now very expensive as I had to take a last minute room at 5 times the price.

After looking at a couple hotel options in the airport we decided on this one because it was open (most of the hotel reservation desks were closed), they offered early check in and it was the cheapest. We got a free shuttle to the hotel and our shuttle was there to pick us up quickly. They also arranged for our pick up the next day to the airport at no charge. The hotel was wonderful, the staff was friendly and our rooms were clean and comfortable! There is also free wifi. Hopefu you will never make the mistake I made and get to the airport on the wrong day but if you have a long layover they have really good rates and the hotel is nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Round of applause to Grand Prix!!…read more They were able to accommodate my party after our flight was canceled due to a tropical storm and left us stranded in Mexico City, and the majority of hotels were already booked up. They provided free shuttle transport to/from the airport, which was such a convenience. The hotel exudes a somewhat boutique style and Miami-ish decor with lots of natural light and clean lines. Our room was clean and modest, and we were provided with plenty of towels. The staff was also extremely courteous and professional. Finally, MUCHO GRACIAS to our shuttle driver and front desk personnel for returning my cell phone to me. I left it on the shuttle after he dropped us off at the hotel. It was already bad enough our travel plans fell through, but just the thought of losing my phone, left me feeling like I was going to lose my mind. So I definitely recommend staying here...its a great price and very accommodating -approximately 10 mins from the airport..and I love businesses that operate in integrity...thank you!!
