Most chimney cleaners and service people were not free in my area for a month, and after a phone call, he was here in a couple of days! From the moment he arrived, Greg was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only handled the cleaning and repairs with expertise but also took the time to thoroughly inspect my fireplaces and answer all of my questions. His clear explanations and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. We ended up having clogged spark arrestors, clogged pipes, and didn't have a waterproof seal on the chimney.
