I told him about how I wanted both my yards to be green again. 2) He absolutely said, "I can 99% make it GREEN again." He told me his game plan, which was sod work for the back and re-fertilize the front yard, and he did not disappoint. 3) He is quick to finish his assignments since he ripped out the old grass and finished the sod work within a couple days.
