The acrylics came out super chunky and uneven, the shape was nothing like I asked for. All of my nails came out different uneven shapes, it also took like two hours. I wouldn't recommend, worst acrylics I've ever gotten:( I asked for almond shape, one of the easiest shapes.

She said I should take a picture & send it to the salon. The cut is so uneven that each day I have to cut off longer strands to try to even it up. I asked to have it undercut--didn't happen. I asked to have it texturized but it looks like a bush. Amy, the "stylist", put so much goo on it that I couldn't tell how it looked until I washed it. What a disaster! The girl who did my lashes was very sweet and easy to talk to and the bed I laid on was extremely comfortable. My issue was the lashes. They weren't that full to begin with but it was ok because I figured they would look more natural. I got them done on a Wednesday, and by Friday, more than 50% of the lashes on my right eye had come off. Now, this isn't my first rodeo--I have had eyelash extensions in the past and they have NEVER come off this quickly. I am extremely disappointed given how much I paid for them. I wonder if they just used a glue that doesn't stick well? Regardless of the reason, I will not be returning, which is a shame because the customer service was excellent.

I was pretty particular about what I wanted to get because it was my first time at an actually salon (not greatclips or supercuts) and it actually went pretty well! She was really nice and there was music playing, and it didn't feel awkward. She explained a lot of things about my haircut and how to style it, so it would look as great as she made it in the salon.
