I took my wife and my mom here to get their manicure and pedicure done. We felt very welcomed from the start to finish. The salon was clean and organized. You can tell they take care of the shop. I got a manicure and pedicure here two days ago. The lady rushed me through and made me bleed, twice. I had to ask for her to fix my polish a couple different times. My first appt was good I got a new full set. however what I was told on the phone for price was much lower then they charged. They charge not just for the nails but extra for polish. But at the time I felt the quality was there. Leah did my set at table 3. I went back for a fill. But my fill was awful. I had a different tech not normally a problem but she didn't even try to match my acrylic so now I have light pink and clear, she took two tips off and they are clear when the rest are light natural pink. The polish was awful and she didn't shorten. Plus she didn't make the new tips match the shape of my other nails. Once again I was charged more then the listed price for a fill. By the looks they charged me for each new tip, polish and to fill. Very unhappy. Won't be going back. Looking for a new place. read more

There was a definite language barrier, but the girl that did my pedicure did very well. I have a sore foot from a previous surgery and she gave me a lot of relief with the massage. She was very patient and smiled the whole time. Very friendly people. I decided to have my nails done too and she ended up doing my nails. That process was very rushed and it could have been because they were so busy. It wasn't the best, but the pedicure was an A+! read more

They took great care of my feet. My 4 yr old daughter had so much fun for her first pedicure. They were very kind to us.

I love coming here for pedicures BUT if they are really busy I would skip it. They do a great job when they have time but when they're busy they do an awful job. I paid for the most expensive pedi (the hot stone massage) my friend got the cheapest one. They were the exact same length in time when it's suppose to be longer. He literally rubbed my leg 3 times each leg with the stone and was done... plus my pedi was chipping within a week. If they are not super busy they do great normally though. read more

The Yelp site states "By Appointment Only". I called a day ahead to make my appointment for a gel manicure. The tech stated that 10:00 am and 11:00 am were available. I arrived on time for my 11 o'clock appointment and was asked to be seated and wait. The writing on the shop window shows that they accept Walk-Ins. When I arrived, it was obvious that each of the techs was in mid process on a manicure or pedicure. This isn't a good start. If a Walk-In service can not be completed before a scheduled appointment, the Walk-In should be asked to wait or return. At 11:20, a tech (no introduction) finally buffed the surface of my polish and wrapped my nails. The soak time should be about 5 minutes. By the time another tech started my manicure, I had soaked for 10 minutes. I would have gladly been soaking while I was sitting and waiting. I assume that the tech who did my manicure was named "Lena" as that was the name on the personal care kit box. She did not bother to introduce herself. The manicure itself was efficiently and nicely done. It seemed as though "Lena" was the only one in the shop who was capable of making change, answering the phone, scheduling appointments and greeting new clients. She was good at multitasking, but all of these other responsibilities completely avoided any personal care. In addition, she appeared to be the mother of a small child who was playing in the shop and attempting to entertain the clients. In observing the other technicians and the services that they were performing, there was little to no interaction between the client and the technician. Back story: I use to go to creative nail every 2 weeks to have nails filled. About a year ago I had a fresh set put on and it was hands down the absolute worst set of nails ever. So I took them off after they "fixed" them and did shellac. The shellac was chipped and off in 3 days. So, last week I return for a full set. I always have great pedicures and figure I would give the nails another shot. My tips were not put on straight, the acrylic is lumpy and I was peeling acrylic off my hands/fingers for 2 days. Horrible experience. Was left in the chair without anything being said about being done or putting feet under lamp. He was in a hurry to go on to the next customer. An hour and a half later my toes we're still not dry and the nail polish smeared everywhere. I called them back and told them and they told me to come in the next day to have them redone. I came back the following day and they didn't have much time for me during the time they asked me to come in. The lady took off my nail Polish but left quite a bit of it on. I asked her if she could take the polish all the way off since a different color was going to be put on. She was extremely rude with me and I really felt like getting up and leaving at that point. Not to mention I had to find childcare just to get in for them to fix their mistake and drive 20 minutes back to their place.
