No apology (not that it would make a difference). Really bad customer service. Would not recommend.

He also booked two of our excursions, which were paid for before we left home. All of our transportation went smoothly and our drivers/guides were excellent. They were very friendly and excited to share their culture with us. We had a wonderful time in Belize, spending the first part in the jungle rainforest of the Cayo District near San Ignazio and the second part on the beach in San Pedro, Caye Ambergris. Our excursions through Maurice were a cave exploration at Actun Tunichil Muknal (ATM) which was utterly amazing and a visit to the Mayan ruins of Cahal Peche and Xunantunich, which was fascinating. We had our own personal guide for both excursions and they were excellent. We all absolutely loved Belize and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend experiencing both parts of this beautiful country because it is so diverse and the people are kind and helpful. Plus they have plentiful fresh pineapples, mangoes and plantains--what could be better?
