He did not and I count my blessings every day for God providing such a wonderful attorney and assistant to not treat me as a case but a human being who they visited, called and developed a close relationship with myself and my children. Not one time did they act as though I were a case to make them money but a person who was severely hurt and needed protection in that moment and the years to come. They won that case too! Again, this is not about Attorney McPhillips or Amelia Strickland winning cases for me but individuals who treated me with professionalism, kindness and the hurt human being I was at the time.
