My experience was not unique, per his reputation even beyond Alabama; and, it is an excellent one. He was professional, kind, patient, and went above and beyond. He was informative, respectful, and worked very hard for me and my family. I have owned businesses and worked in executive positions most of my life, all over the world. Therefore, I have had the pleasure and the displeasure of working with many Attorneys. I can say with absolute certainty (18 duty stations in just the last 27 years) that Josh is the best of the best. She will tell you everything you want to hear and tell you how she's passionate to help you on your case. She won't do anything she says. Not one single thing! I've been waiting two months for something to be done on my case-to have my motion filed. She even told her paralegal to type it up. It still hasn't been done 60 days later. I haven't received a call, email, or text back about my case. I call and leave messages every 2 weeks (because I'm hoping they're working on my case and I don't want to bother them). Nothing has been done. She won't do anything but waste your time and money. You'll eventually waste more money trying to find another lawyer after using her. She definitely doesn't play defense or offense. She's passive and gets flustered in court. Find a more reputable lawyer because she won't help you on your case.
