Kindred's was not the cheapest estimate we received but Caleb's respectful, well - rounded knowledge and obvious expertise convinced us we would never find better. My wife and I live in an older brick home in a nice neighborhood. We have been here since purchasing our home in 2005 and have had only minor problems with plumbing issues. Some of our local plumbing companies have been to our home for leaking pipes or blocked and backed up sewer lines. Over time, our galvanized water lines had gotten narrower and narrower. In addition, our water heater was in the attic. I was terrified the old heater would rust out and send 45 - 60 gallons of hot water through the attic's floor and into our kitchen and dining room. Without a doubt, all that water would ruin the ceiling, the sheetrock, hardwood floors and all our beautiful oak cabinets and cherry dining-room table and chairs. We decided to spend some of our savings on a new tankless-hot-water-heater and a complete re-piping of our home. The Kindred crew knocked it out of the park, finishing in the three days they promised! These guys are honest, respectful, hard working and skilled in their tasks. My wife and I were ready to adopt them before they finished the job. They worked around us and managed to provide us with running water every day, and hot water every day but one. I could continue with one superlative after another but understand I have already written more than most people like to read these days. I conclude with a promise - if you need a plumber these are the very best!

Our bar is not your typical 'basement bar' and the team at Karmal Skillington are not your typical cabinet makers. I worked hand in hand with Leigh to design an "Irish Pub" that rivals any commercial bar in the City of Brentwood, Tennessee. Seriously... Any bar, in any restaurant, does not come close. The bar, named after our dog "Bourbon 'O Hayden's" is a behemoth of a bar, measuring approximately 15ft in length by 10.5ft deep. It's built from a combination of beautiful reclaimed hemlock and white oak, which was used for the bar top and counters. Leigh went out of her way to source the perfect wood (even driving out of State to get it!) and she really honed in on the details. Not only did Leigh check off all the boxes on my extensive list of must haves, but she checked off boxes that I had never even imagined. This bar has everything, ample wine and whiskey storage, custom drawers and shelves for an array of glassware and bar tools, two built-in kegerators, a beautiful brass foot rail, a built-in beverage/wine fridge and even a custom cabinet to store a collection of tap handles. Leigh didn't stop there. Once the bar was complete, she helped to transform the space even further with 9 floating shelves and a custom barn door which was designed to resemble the St. Jame's Gate in Dublin, Ireland. A door that has protected the Guinness Beer Empire since 1759, now has a little brother in Brentwood, TN and it's a custom-made work of art! Our Irish Pub is now the local hangout for our neighborhood and has become a great escape for my wife and I. We can't wait to host friends and family for yearly Superbowl's, Oktoberfest's and of course, St. Paddy's Day. We highly recommend Leigh and her team of artisans for any job BIG or small. I was having…read moretrouble with my well water tank, the water coming through my pipes to house was light brown and the pipe running to my reservoir tank was leaking. I was told by a plumber that is not license to work on wells to tell me that my tank bladder could be busted, being that he wasn't licensed to work on water well issues recommend walls well service. Up on this company's arrival, ( the son of the owner) to me that it was more than likely that the tank reservoir had a buster bladder. So he put in a new tank and wired the tank, when he rewired the tank and with no success with the new tank working, he then said it was probably the water pump had gone bad. ( keep in mind that pump was working fine prior to walls arriving) so I asked what would this cost, he said he wasn't sure because he didn't do the billing. So @ this point he said he would have to pull the pump to check the wiring and to see if it was a bad pump. He then stated that they charge 100.00 for service call and 100.00 per hour. So they pull the pump and said it was bad, ( even though it was working fine prior to their arrival) He stated that they would have to replace all the pvc pipe running from the pump or they would not warranty/Guarantee their work. After replacing with a new water tank and new pump and new pvc water pipe, it still did not work. I was outside watching and listening and keep the bees away because they were afraid of black bees, the conversation between the two employees was that he had wired the tank up wrong. That being said! I was billed 1700.00 for the first invoice, Then Week later I received a second invoice for 800.00 that they forgot to bill in the first invoice, up on viewing the two invoices. They charge me for a new tank, pump, 600 Ft of pvc pipe and countless of other items that I wasn't sure if it was items they used or not. They did charge 100.00 service call and what they said was 6hrs of work @ 100.00 per hour. I also got charged 130.00 for them using their host on their service truck, also got charged for items such as 3 roll of electric black tape and three fuses , they kept shooting the fuses because it was wired wrong too start with. I contacted the owner and his response was , at least everything is new now! What started out as a water reservoir replacement turned into a 2700.00 mistake on the sons/employee fault. It seems as if it was deliberately done too make more money. If you decide to use this unprofessional company, just make sure you get a quote. Not sure if this is a true honest company.
