As a non-professional, I appreciate having options for access to professional floral materials at a fair price. Items were ordered on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday. I have come to loathe this company. A month ago I ordered most of my Christmas containers from them. They don't answer the phone during business hours. They also don't return voicemail or emails. Today I get one small box of containers! Apparently most of the stuff still available on their website is discontinued or not actually available. They could have at least called me a month ago to tell me I wasn't going to get my product. Picking up a phone is not that difficult. Why do they not update the website! My credit card was run for $700 a month ago and now, one box! Customer service is non exisistant. read more

Agree with other reviews - avoid this place! Placed an order in mid-March. Order went through without any problem - at first.Got the confirmation of the order and then waited. A month later, still nothing received. Emailed and called multiple times and no reply. Had to place a dispute with credit card to have them reverse the charge for the $261 order that never arrived. read more

Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered containers for christmas floral centerpieces. No one to answer the phone, no return of emails. Was charged immediately and my containers were shipped 3 weeks after I ordered. AFTER the event. And I don't want to return the items without speaking with someone but they won't answer the phone, return a call, or answer an email. I hate to leave a bad review for another small business but if you can't keep up with customer service and properly service the online orders in a timely manner then maybe you can't do e-commerce. I understand that amazon has spoiled us with 2 day but 3weeks to ship is a little unreasonable. read more

I was a little concerned after I read some of these reviews. However, Michael of Marshall Floral Products was great in calling me about my order. He discussed the order with me and what shipment would cost. I ended up canceling my previous order, choosing alternative items, and made a replacement order. They do not charge your card until they have discussed and verified your order and shipment cost. They sent it to the U.S. Virgin Islands in plenty of time for my mother's 70th Birthday Bash! The package was sent about a week after my order was placed. It had to be sent via Priority Mail, and I received notification when the order had been shipped along with the tracking number. We received the package about 3-4 days after it was mailed which was about 2 weeks before the birthday celebration. The containers for the centerpieces were just as expected...beautiful! A floral supplier. I was in a panic after a florist had quoted me an outrageous price for centerpieces I wanted for my wedding. I was able to buy the supplies I needed from Marshall Floral Products website at a much cheaper price and have my local grocery store make the arrangements for me. Marshall's was not only inexpensive, but their customer service dept responded back to a question within 12 hours AND I received my shipment within 3 business days of placing my order. I am so impressed with Marshall's that I might have to take up floral designs as a hobby! I highly recommend using this company for your needs! read more

A floral supplier company. Site doesn't look the best (was uncertain about ordering from their site until I came across a random blog user who had purchased from them), seeming a bit bland, but it has some great stuff. While it doesn't have everything I was looking for, it had quite a bit on my list. Prices were good and shipping for my $65 order was $15, which was alright. No tax was charged for me (Cali resident). I used my credit card, don't remember if Paypal was an option. The shipping must have been Priority as it arrived quickly, though the processing time was longer than the shipping time. No matter, it was still about 1 week, no more that I received my items (UPS GROUND). I was sent update emails with a tracking # for my package, which I checked every day because I could. I had no fragile items, so nothing came broken, all items were exactly what I ordered, and if memory serves, my items were packed fine (not amazing, not terrible). Wish they had every item from Oasis, but perhaps in time they will! Would definitely order from again, especially if it saves my time and gas driving downtown for similar items. I seem to be the first to add this business to yelp. Hopefully this helps anyone who was as unsure as I was. read more

I was looking for Lomey floral products and Oasis floral foam for my DIY wedding centerpieces. I initially bought my supplies from Amazon which was quite costly. A random Google search led me to Marshall's Floral Products and I'm so glad! Their products are much more reasonably priced than Amazon. I placed my order on October 5th and received my package on Oct 11th. They sent emails indicating the my order had been placed, processed and then shipped. They also provided a FedEx tracking number. Like the other reviewer said, don't be alarmed by the very basic looking web site. This company is legit and has great customer service! read more
