I am sharing this review as a warning to future customers that might be contemplating working with…read moreMr. Louis Gassner and Hadi Gilvari at Foothills Premiere Properties. In my experience these individuals lack integrity and are not trustworthy. I was in the market to buy a home with them. At the beginning they were very pleasant and responsive like many other Real Estate Agencies that I have worked with in the past. Mr. Gilvari asked me to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement and he stated that I can easily cancel it at anytime. He said this was required before he could show me homes, so I agreed. While working together even though they were friendly, they didn't do a good job as agents. I then told them to cancel my contract on two separate occasions. They didn't inform me that any further steps were needed. Once they found out that I bought a home with a different agency, they threatened to sue me and they sent me a letter demanding their full 3% commission on a home that they never showed me or had a any involvement in buying (I've attached a photo of the correspondences I received). I am now forced to pay them $20,000, because they are telling me that The Buyer Agency Agreement wasn't properly cancelled. This came as a huge shock as I had asked them to cancel it and wasn't aware that they hadn't followed the proper procedure. Whatever you do stay away from these agents!

Most realtors send out a thank you card or a gift card- something to say they appreciate the business I gave them or the potential referrals I could have given them if I thought they were stellar. I received nothing at all. Not a word, not a card, nada. I wouldn't recommend them. Other realtors would try a lot harder than this, especially in today's hot market.
