I drove it up to the shop (an hour drive) and Llyod (the head technician and store owner) sat with me for 2hrs, walking me through the issues and fixing them as we went. Nothing major to be fixed, just some small adjustments that made a world of difference. The level of care and service was tremendous. I would highly recommend. I finally got ahold of the head tech and was told how there is a shortage of techs and they are training some, but should get to it soon. I understand staff shortages, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I was finally promised it would be ready for yesterday. When they called (at least they called) I was told there's a new issue, sorry, not ready, needs an adjustment. I was promised it would be ready for today. Sorry, the tech who can fix it is not in. This is just frustrating. I really hope I get it back next week.

Finally called the Walmart centre customer line and all they could do is give a refund, but then I dont get groceries and cant let store know about their huge mistake and no one seems to care.
