I shop mainly in the Men's Big & Tall section. Although the selection is somewhat limited in the store, the area is kept up well. Today was no different. As I have been losing weight and been replacing my clothes as they become too big. Since I am not at my target weight, I do not want to invest a ton of money into these in between clothes. I found the clearance rack and was able to buy a $60 IZOD shirt for $15. Most clearance racks in most stores are a wreck and mislabeled. This rack was sized and organized my style and color. It was easy to find what I wanted. The checkout experience was just as satisfying. It seems this store has very low turnover, as I have seen the same staff at this store over the past 2 years. Each person I have come across has been extremely friendly. They engage in small talk while getting me through the line quickly. They even ask if I want to keep the hanger. Service, selection (both in store and online), and price will keep me coming back again.

Much less is available for Women sized 18-26, and the plus-sized options are harder to locate because they are mixed in with the regular Women's racks. However, I hit the jackpot on size 2X swimsuits. Cute swim skorts and matching t-shirts that don't show cleavage. The t-shirts are branded ReelLegends.com and are made for swimming. Now I can go swimming or biking or shopping or dine out without having to change because the swim fabric is quick dry and SPF30. Besides being 40% off retail, the cashier suggested I sign up for the credit card and I got another 20% off that price! And before you say "Oh no! Not another credit card!", I can pay off my balance in full at any Beall's before I get charged any interest. Since I had 20% off for the day, I looked at every single item in the store. Some Beall's are heavy on the knickknacks and artwork, but this store is heavy on clothing. So I added a bottle of OPI nail polish and a CZ ring that I didn't need. I was waiting in line for a cashier. Two lines were open and each had one person they were helping. I was next in line with about 5 people behind me, when they opened up a new station and the cashier yelled out "NEXT". I had a return, not a purchase and stepped forward and asked, "will you take a return". I got no response, so I took another step forward and asked again, "Excuse me will you take a return?". She responded very loudly, "I CALLED YOU OVER, DIDN'T I". I walked over to her and said, "Sorry, I was only checking because I used to have to go to Line 1 for returns" and she responded, quite loudly, "THAT WAS YEARS AGO". I said nothing further. Their sliced cheeses like provolone, Swiss, pepper jack and American cheese are definitely a bargain for the price. Their eggs were also a great deal. Although Sam's Club is very neat and clean, everything is fresh and everything was in stock. The prices were just unbelievable! I couldn't believe a small bag of something was double the price of what you would get say at Publix or Walmart. If you have a large family or even a small family and you want to buy large quantities to can or freeze, then I would recommend sam's Club to stock up. But if you need to pick up a few things, forget it you're gonna be paying out the arm. And they don't offer you boxes anymore to put your stuff in so you have to put them in your cart or bring your own bags. There was only cashiers on the floor no one to help us locate things. This was the first time I was actually disappointed in going to Sam's Club. I guess that's why I joined BJ's for a few things and then we go to the commissary for the rest.

The first problem that I have is never being able to find an employee. It's like they hide. I walked all the way from the fish tanks to the middle of the front of the store (a register!) before I saw someone. When I finally got someone I got an attitude. "This is usually saved for Garden but I'll see if I can get someone." when the woman showed up she was borderline hostile in her demeanor. Another example: Late night Christmas shopping with my then heavily pregnant friend. Multiple people shopping in the store and someone gets the bright idea to completely block the aisle with pallets. We get tired of waiting so my friend (who works at the Walmart in Brooksville) moved the pallet herself. The woman comes around the pallet (where she's watching the whole thing) and asks my friend, and I quote, what the f**k she was doing. I reported her to the supervisor to absolutely no avail. You could tell she didn't care. The last complaint: the bathrooms are disgusting and they don't care! I had to use the restroom and held it because EVERY SINGLE TOILET was absolutely blood red. I'd imagine teenage girls thought they were cute with leaving their toilets unflushed. I told someone immediately, went and checked out, went back! And still not cleaned. Wouldn't you make that a priority? No no no! Go to another Walmart.

I don't appreciate corporate not doing their job and emailing the store when I clearly stated how bad I was treated. Then a manager Chris butchers my name when he called. I demand my $500 back immediately because the staff and management know how Secure Spend gift cards are fraudulent and a scam and you don't know until after you activate the card and they to use it. The scammers blame the merchant or business you are trying to use the card from. Do you think I am stupid the pretending to make a mistake when ringing up the transaction by a psychopath employee and as soon as I returned the next day he couldn't wait to go on lunch break because he knew he screwed up and heard trigger words that haunt me from a female employee and elder female manager. Haven't stopped crying. I want my money back. I want it back ASAP. I had my former bank wrongfully and illegally terminate my accounts making me to lose more of my money and put me in danger now Walmart and Secure Spend are doing the same thing to me. I am severely distraught over this. I am angry and have good reason to be. Found out today otherwise are being scammed by Secure Spend also. They belong in jail. Do the right thing Walmart refund my money and remove these fraudulent gift cards immediately.
