You cannot beat the meat products at Sams Club. The meat is the best you can purchase and the price is very reasonable. We have have been very disappointed at the meat from Publix, Winn Dixie, BJ's and others. Those stores offer a lower quality meat for more. read more

This Sam's Club still remains our favorite store. The employees are friendly and helpful and the variety of products is impressive. Today's visit was very nice because they have all their Christmas decorations, gifts and toys out! Started to put us in the holiday spirit. We were able to get all of the items off of our shopping list except for their Avocado oil which was not a big deal. Of course we had several purchases not on our list. Their pork belly was a good deal so we purchased a nice slab to make some homemade bacon and some pork belly recipes. Their sliced cheeses like provolone, Swiss, pepper jack and American cheese are definitely a bargain for the price. Their eggs were also a great deal. Even though they were busy the wait time to get checked out was minimal due to their employees strategically directing people to registers. Very nice, very productive shopping experience and we will go back to purchase some Christmas gifts. curbside pickup spots is clearly for such service. 3rd time doing my pickup order and parking is limited due to other customers parking and going in to do their shopping. Sams has a huge parking lot so not sure what the problem is. maybe can't read, maybe lazy, maybe in a hurry but i don't care for the excuses. These spots are clearly marked, just like handicapped, and are NOT for people that are NOT using the service provided. Do better people. The pharmacy staff needs HIPAA training in a bad way. When they have someone standing right next to me and ask for my info and I show them my license it's because I don't want strangers having access to my information or medical information. This is not an invitation to repeat all the information on my DL to whatever crack head they happen to have standing next to me. My friend and I had to stop at Sam's Club to pick up a few things on our way home and I decided to walk through the meat section. I could not believe the prices! They were just absolutely unbelievable. We go to the military commissary. We get better meat and a better price. Although Sam's Club is very neat and clean, everything is fresh and everything was in stock. The prices were just unbelievable! I couldn't believe a small bag of something was double the price of what you would get say at Publix or Walmart. If you have a large family or even a small family and you want to buy large quantities to can or freeze, then I would recommend sam's Club to stock up. But if you need to pick up a few things, forget it you're gonna be paying out the arm. And they don't offer you boxes anymore to put your stuff in so you have to put them in your cart or bring your own bags. There was only cashiers on the floor no one to help us locate things. This was the first time I was actually disappointed in going to Sam's Club. I guess that's why I joined BJ's for a few things and then we go to the commissary for the rest. read more

When you arrive you check in on the app and wait... they bring everything out to you and off you go. I went on Monday at4pm and it took about 10 min for the team to bring out my items. We are able to find most of the items I need or want. They have massive amounts of desirable items.

It's crowded, it's costly, but the gas is cheaper than any station around. Of course, you have to join and be a member to shop. Unfortunately, they don't carry a lot of the run of the mill items...and everything is in bulk. And when they run out or pull an item from the shelf that you've bought and really like, you may never see it again. I've seen great prices for ceiling fans and gone back to get it and it's gone...for...ev...er. They have a large wine selections and their own brand, of liquors. There are popular brands too. And these items can be found in their attached liquor store. They have a great snack bar with incredibly priced snack items. Where else can you a 1/4 lb hot dog and a large drink for under $1.50. read more

Hubby and I joined this club several years ago at the recommendation of friends who live nearby. We absolutely love the rotisserie chickens that can make two meals for us, and the prices of most items are very competitive. However the quantity of each product is not small - best for a large young family or if you have another small household to split purchases with. I've noticed that fresh produce is not really a good buy because the quantity is too much for our small household, so it spoils before finishing the product. Gas prices are usually good, but I have noticed better prices at a location south of us for Sam's Club - if it's the same company why is Brooksville higher by sometimes fifteen cents per gallon? One star deducted for the gas price fluctuation. The newest thing is the self checkout - which I absolutely refuse to use - I don't work there! And then when leaving I need to show my receipt? When I get benefits from that system I'll use it - but until then I want the customer service we should all have and demand. I take off one star for this. Another major complaint is that none of the handicapped scooters have enough charge to make it one time to the back of the store and to the cashier area. Several times (4 or 5) I have been stranded when the battery fails and the cart dies. A complaint to the manager months ago did nothing. Maybe a lawsuit by an accessibility organization would have some effect. Disabled persons should be able to have access just like everyone else. Deduction of a star for this reason. I will return sporadically, but hope another warehouse club opens up soon. read more

She said text when I leave my house and all would be super Prompt! well I sat in my vehicle close to an hour in slot #14, which she was told also as soon as I pulled in! Finally I call out to Daniel (very nice & Helped me) He looked at the orders and told me my name was not there! He did help and completed Brianna's Responsibility! Cindy was taking calls and no matter how stressed and Aggravated I was becoming, she kept her cool and still tried to help as did the man who took Cindy's place when she went home! The first time I spoke to Brianna she was reprimanding me because she was SO BUSY and I needed to Chill! I listened to her problems long enough that I told her, What she was saying had nothing to do with why I called and wasn't going to deal with being treated disrespectfully, I hung Up! Well she called back, she was upset I hung up on her important self! Started telling me how to behave Again! This time, I went for it, she tried to talk over me, I said LET Me Talk, I did, then I said now you can talk! Every time I come here there are multiple dogs present in the store and they're not even service animals! They are always barking at people and other dogs in the store. This is the only Sam's club that lets non service dogs into their business and this is a food safety violation especially in the food aisles. Members are also seen putting them in the shopping carts. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PUT MY FOOD ONTO SHOPPING CARTS WITH DOG BACTERIA ON IT god forbid a child is deathly allergic to dogs and gets into a cart that a dog was just in, that is an extreme but an example of why the Sam's Club policy allows CERTIFIED SERVICE DOGS ONLY! What happens if a health inspector comes in?!?! Right there points taken off your audit over something so simple. If I can't bring my dogs because they aren't certified service dogs then neither should others, this is a grocery store not a park. Walmart can do a better job at managing this problem. read more

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I called customer service and was told they couldn't do anything about it except refund my money. I tried to call the local store and no one in any department answered the call. (Yes, they were open). I called customer service back (English is not their first language) because they were refunding my money for the items and tax but not for the driver tip. i asked why they thought I would want to tip the driver for giving someone else my order. They told me they could only issue the tip back as Sam's Cash unless I went to the store. If I wanted to drive to the store I would not have placed a delivery order, I asked for a supervisor and told them that I was charged the tip on my cc and wanted it credited back the same way and she posted it back to my card, This should never have happened in the first place but it certainly shouldn't have taken 4 phone calls to get it refunded and now I still need the items. Going to try delivery from BJ's. See if their service is any better. Sam's club has been the only one in the area and could pretty much do whatever but now they have competition maybe they will start better customer service. read more

I tell my fab fiancée "I'm going to the club!" Sounds pretty high highfalutin and fancy, eh? Starting in childhood, we humans yearn to be members of a club. It is rewarding and reassuring to be invited to join and accepted into a club. And, of course, there are always perks that come with that newly gained membership. As for our Sam's Club membership, we had somehow let it lapse. I don't know, busy with life and all. It just wasn't on the front burner (I love that phrase). So, today I got us BACK into the club! I did it online, which is pretty cool. Amazing how much you can actually do online these days. The final step was to drop in to a Sam's Club to pick up the new member cards. Yay! I found an excuse to drive into town, or go up town (they say that up north!). I headed straight for Sam's. This particular Sam's Club is TOP Gun! The staff is always uber friendly, the place is spotless and they always have great stuff! At the service desk, I was handily and professionally cared for by the wonderful Miss Georgia. Even though this place is swamped on a Saturday, she was upbeat, smiling and made me feel welcome. I appreciated that and in turn I did some of my best improv comedy! Life is Grand! Now that we're back in the Club, we can walk with a new bounce in our step, or a new box of bounce in our cart, at least! In closing, allow me to tell one of my favorite tales. Years ago, I had a date with a lovely woman (no where NEAR as phenomenal as my fab fiancée, mind you!). I told my date I was going to take her to my Club for a fun journey of international cuisine! The anticipation in her eyes was electrifying! As we pulled into the Sam's Club parking lot, I could see a multifaceted look of concern, dismay and I'm outta here on her face. Even so, she stuck with me as I opened the car door and escorted her into the Club! Not a word was exchanged as we strolled towards the back of the Club. I escorted her up to one of those food kiosks, you know, where you get a free sample of some happy little food item? This kiosk was serving a flavorful and wonderful Italian Sausage and Sage Arancini appetizer. As we munched on them, I simply smiled at her. She didn't exactly return the smile. The next kiosk was serving some type of Alaskan salmon dill bread crusty thing. It was really good! The third kiosk, an Asian salad dibble. The fourth, a chunk of a honey drizzled baklava. With my best poker face, I asked Miss Congeniality "How are you enjoying your international cuisine?" I ducked before she could connect with a fast right hook, and an uppercut! Laughing (to myself) all the way to the door, I told her there was MORE and I insisted she trust me......(Yeah, I know.) I then took her to a REAL international cuisine Club. A perfectly romantic French restaurant. We had a glorious dinner and a really nice time. And it gave me a great story to re-tell over, and over, and over. read more

I really like this particular Sam's Club, because they are always well stocked and they have a lot of staff members available to help you out. I'd normally give Sam's a 3 star rating, however, today I discovered I didn't even have to wait on line to unload my goods or to pay at the register. My sister scanned the bar code of each item, using the Sam's app, as she placed it into the cart,when we were all finished, she paid ( on the app) we walked to exit, an employee scanned one of items and we were done! Always good gas and low prices, could be cheaper since it for members only. What I mean is RacTac down the road is at $1.97 a gallon and Sams that you pay membership for is at $1.96 to me that does not cut it. Sam's Club, hire more people to serve Pretzels, ice I cream, Pizza-unfair, mu belief, to the employee..even better, next renewal of their contract, you have options to renew-do not. Recently they started again the requirement of showing your card to gain entry. Not a big deal however creates a delay to start shopping. The employee was happy to blame the Corporate Nazis for this resolute requirement. I told her, who the heck can buy anything there without it at checkout, so what was the point? "It's a membership" don't you know lol. Oh wow! I pay for the premium service however that doesn't get you the best prices or choicest products. For 7 years now this outlet lacks stock on many products so you cannot blame supply chain issues, more like lazy corporate store management. I find many necessity items available at local stores for less. No membership required. If Costco opens an outlet here on state road 50 in Spring Hill, Fl this particular store will wither on the vine. read more

Well Sams the go to for the 64 roll of toilet paper package. This is your typical sams filled with the norms. Staff is always helpful. But expect to walk out with a $300 bill. It's not hard. Everything is packaged for an average of $10 plus. Store is always clean. Bathrooms in the back behind personal care. They are spotless. Liquor store outside with the basics. Large wine and beer selection. Not a fan of the independent sales in there. No I don't want direct tv. No I don't want my car windows polished. They are too pushy. Great deal for family quick break. Hotdog and drink $1.50! Do it before you go down the candy isle. A slight upgrade from Walmart which I am not a fan of. read more

Sam's Club continues to be impressive! I upgraded our membership from business to plus which has already given us more cash back than the cost of the upgrade. With the cash back our membership is basically free! My wife's tire had a screw in it. I was 95% certain the tire would need to be replaced because of the location of the puncture. I already decided if the tire needed replacement I would replace all four tires since they were fairly worn and would need to be replaced within the next 5,000 miles. Brendan is the tire service manager and he did a fantastic job finding excellent replacement tires. My wife now has four brand new Pirelli tires and the cost was only $301.60 which includes installation, lifetime balancing, lifetime rotation, 4 year road hazard, three year roadside assistance with a 70,000 mile guarantee! Took them less than 45 minutes to complete the tire service. I had previously priced tires at all the other shops and none were even close to Sam's Price! With Scan & Go I find we shop at least 25% more often because of the easy in and out even during peak times! read more

It's a sams club! Here is another review about a corporate chain but not all sams clubs have the same items. Strange. I've been going here for a while to fill the freezer and pick up baby diapers. Besides the idiots who block the isles to get a free sample, it's pretty much the same as others. The lines are usually terrible here and there isn't room to actually stand in line without blocking a walkway. That can be annoying since this place is usually slammed! I heard about their app where you can scan your own items and pay via the app.... I will definitely be looking into that! read more

Decent sam's club in Brooksville, Fl. We're Costco members, but visiting mom who is a Sam's member (owned by union busting wal-mart), thus the two star rating, Mom needed a memory foam mattress. They had a highly rated (consumer reports) gel foam mattress for $500 which was $800 online at the manufacturer (Serta). Pizza at food court was cheap but dry and tasteless. read more
