A great shop to stop in when you feel like avoiding the crowds at Glenbrook. I love their clothing selection. Ranging from active wear, t shirts, casual, to fancy dresses. There is something for any occasion! They have you covered for simple and cute or something that stands out! Customer service is on point. I have always been taken care of there and I think that is the benefit of shopping at boutiques. They are willing to help you shop, pull items for you, and get everything organized for you in their fitting room. On my last visit I also found out they are expanding! WOOHOOO! They are to be adding more accessories and need more room for their frequent shipments of clothes.

Feb. 21st…read moreand 2 employees told me someone with COVID had been in the store and the store had been deep cleaned. I was very pleased to hear about the deep cleaning but I was surprised that both employees were wearing their masks beneath their noses and did not appear to worry about social distancing from me. I'm sure both women were smart enough to to know that they should cover their noses and mouths with their masks. Their disregard for my safety is the reason I am writing my first Yelp review. Chico's - tell your employees to wear their masks appropriately or you will continue to lose customers.

At this location, the employees are all elderly women who don't know anything about putting together a young looking outfit, yet they persist in following you around just about crawling up your A***. The minute you touch something they say, "Oh, that will look so cute on you!" and the minute you pick something up they want to snatch it away and put it in a dressing room. Uh, excuse me, but I was trying to match that top to a jacket...! The selection is poor at this location and when I asked about a standard Zenergy pant (that other stores always carry) I was told, "Well, if you had come in yesterday we might have had it." REALLY? The only thing more annoying than having someone bang on the dressing room door every 60 seconds to ask how it is going, is the loud, obnoxious 50's Swing Band music blaring over the intercom. I've had enough of Lawrence Welk and Doris Day to last a lifetime, but given the demographic of the employees, they play what they enjoy. I won't be back to this location. I'll shop online... no one there to tell me everything I look at is, "perfect for you, girlfriend!"
