I brought in 3 grocery bags full of clothes, they took what they thought was still "in" and not out of "date" fashion wise, and they left me with whatever they thought had some wear and tare which is fine. I appreciate them looking out for those who are shopping for nice items. I did get $19.50 out of my bags, of what they wanted. Better than not getting anything and my clothes just sitting in my room, not being worn.

However, they were there if you needed a different size while trying on. Come to the store though, more selection than online. Only bummer is they don't do price adjustments, I spent a lot of money one day and then the very next day they had a BOGO 1/2 sale. Understandable though because I love and want the clothes I bought anyways. I will definitely be a trip I make when I visit the area each year!

After returning our items we looked around, at the clearance section and some womens section items. positive thing is that they had some long sleeve shirts which is useful for me, but nothing really popped out at me. also the clearance rack is so stocked with items, that it can make items tight and hard to move should one need to move an items to view it. we walked out without buying anything but it was worth the look!

I always enjoy talking with the workers when I'm here. Sometimes I think they can be a bit too overbearing but I think they're just trying to do their job. They've never really bothered me but I could see how it might bother some people. The prices are the best around. I was able to get a great deal on some Carhartt shirts that I was looking for. They have a great selection of Columbia too and the prices seem to be even better than the Columbia outlet. The store has been at the same location since I started coming to Surfside over 30 years ago! Much has changed since then but I'm glad that Tomlinson's is still a yearly tradition for me.
