It was an emotional rollercoaster for me not knowing why my hair wasn't being styled during the first drying process, the (many) lights were so bright, and her assist was rough and not very friendly, however I was very pleased with the result and would come back. Toronto is not a very friendly city, but the services are better quality and I think that places like this can stand out by being more friendly.

The closest Great Clips location by my home closed recently. I had a wonderful hairstylist and I often think about how she is doing. For a while, I have been meaning to get my hair cut, but never got around to it until the start of my vacation. I did a search and decided to give this salon on Copper Creek a try. I recommend checking in using the Great Clips app. I have been using it for a while and it is a time-saver. When I checked in, it said that I had a 17-minute wait. By the time I got there and said my name, I didn't have to wait. It was doing steady business when I got there. Amal was my hairstylist. I decided to get four inches cut off the length of my hair. My bangs were trimmed, too. She was fast, efficient, and made sure that I was comfortable with the agreed-upon length. She also carefully made sure that she got all the small bits of hair off my neck. She used baby powder on her brush to take it all off. I didn't walk around for the rest of the day with hair all over me, which was wonderful! There is plenty of parking, even on a busy Saturday next to a huge Walmart. It was the least painful, most efficient and shortest procedure I have ever had and I had a LOT of hair. She made sure to get every single one of them!
