There was leaking at my garage wall and cellar wall. After a contractor excavated the area, Jesse was able to reevaluate the repair process and completed patching with a special Umaco mortar. Both inside and outside the foundation walls. Jesse fixed another area where there was a gap in the foundation to the bottom sill plate. His patch was more than I expected. And yes, I will definitely hire him again!

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00-10:00 AM and received a text message at 7:30 that they…read morecouldn't make it because they had to meet the fire department at an active chimney fire. It doesn't seem plausible to me that it would be necessary for them to be there since the fire department would be too busy dealing with a fire to talk to them. I realize that going to a fire is far more exciting than meeting with a prospective client. These last minute cancellations have happened to me twice before with other companies I have made appointments with in the past year. It must be clearly understood by the managers of these companies that people often times have to take time off from work and deal with other inconveniences to meet with workmen and last minute cancellations are unacceptable. You only get one chance with me. Next time I will reschedule and purposely miss the appointment and let them know what it's like to have someone waste your time.
