Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.

Once I paid the deposit, he stopped responding to my calls and changed his phone number several times and even blocked my number. Todd never did the work and has not refunded the $1,800 deposit. It's been a whole year and I cannot get a hold of anyone at A Property Solution of Maine. DO NOT trust anything they say, beware of this scammer.

Make sure to resolve any questions or concerns BEFORE paying the bill. If your husband calls him to discuss the price afterward, make sure to be on the call to dispell some of the mis-truths. When I attempted to address some questions/concerns, he admitted that he should have talked to me before making the executive decision and presented a possible fix but then didn't call me back as he said he would. I can accept that some of the issues happened because I didn't ask enough questions. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals.
