Fast forward to my daughter starting her lessons, Nancy cut them all 15 minutes short because my daughter wasn't practicing in between lessons with her. Nancy never made up that time and never scheduled the last lesson even though she was paid in full. This was over a year ago and Bernard's has still made no efforts to reach out for the last lesson or repay the money for my child to use their car during her road test.

Three years ago, I took driver's ed here. Their website said that they "catered to nervous drivers." I was very nervous, so this comforted me. This was not my experience.
