I found them in town and called them at noon Monday. 23 hours later, before noon Tuesday, I picked up my machine with a new cooling unit installed. And they had to order the part! My machine is running like the beast it should now. Greg was fantastic to talk to. Everything was clear and easy. Great communication from Greg. They lied! And our teacher is very moody at times which makes it hard to learn, but he agrees about the hours should count. The shop is too small we have to work with another class at the same time. This is not safe according to our homework. And admisons said 30 students in a class. There are never enough supplies for our labs due to tooo many students in the lab at once! Another lie! Yestday, I and a few others were talking about the hours on our break and some how a supervisor named Melisa came down to our class and yelled at us for talking about it. Her tone was disrespectful and uncalled for! We tried to tell her admisions told us the hours do count! But she countunied to be rude and denying the hours counting for anything. Mr Champagne told me once "he never came back so I thought it stopped". He never once addressed the issue with the students involved. Now my other son is being severely bullied. Just the other day some students took his project and smashed it and ran over it with there vehicle while he watched. All this has yet again has been reported with no action being taken. I run a non-profit. We rent office space in the UTI Campus Building. So I have no affiliation with them except for that. But every day I see the employees, the teachers, teh students, and teh facilities, and it is IMPRESSIVE! Students? Well, yes, you may not always get the 'cream of the crop', but you get some great smart minds. But what is more impressive? They are courteous, dressed neatly, clean and well mannered. The school stresses this after all. they want to make sure to teach you how to be the most presentable to potential employees! Facilities? Well, UTI is a national Trade school. Basically, auto and diesel mechanics (in other parts of the country, they also have body shops, etc). But you can go through the 51 week program with all you need to land a job. And not just an entry level job doing oil changes, but more. it doesnt just teach basics. FORD has their FACT advanced training program here. Nissan and Infiniti as well. Mercedes does their STAR program here, and the big trucks and diesel area is AMAZING - I am impressed to say the least. staff? They seem to care. Even one of the front desk receptionists is working on a project to help the students learn how to study better. They work with job placement, they teach great programs, and everyone is great and friendly. Seriously. if you are looking to go into the auto or diesel/truck echanic field, you woudl be STUPID not to check it out here. Professional, educational, and just an amazing school

They have non trade classes after dark too. You can learn about honey bees, sewing, line dancing, knitting, and any other topic you think that might be interesting

Ignoring her and texting on your phone is not exceptable as well. Also first lesson stop daughter not comfortable with exclamation and Rose told her if she ruins her transmission we are paying for it. Ummmm NO!!!!! Thats your problem when your teaching people how to drive,you can't expect them to know right off the bat how to drive. That is what you are hired for. No where in your add does it say anyone is responsible for transmission or any other thing that goes wrong mechanically with your vehicle.there is no contract signed to make any liable. Paying ROSE for lessons is one thing,but paying her $170 to refresh her and take her for test and not pay attention to her is wrong,and to tell her to tell the dmv she is dyslexic when she is not. I guess Rose picks and chooses who she will be kind to. I will never recommend this driving school to anyone. Rose is not professional and I would not want anyone to have to deal with someone so ruin and inconsiderate to humans.

Hired Rose to teach both my children to drive. She was amazing. Both felt extremely comfortable…read morewith her. She was very detailed with her training and goes as far as doing practice tests at the actual test location. My son loved her so much that he asked for her to take him through his actual driving test which he passed with flying colors. Rose was always on time picking up my kids for their training and responded to texts immediately. She was also happy to practice certain areas of driving my kids had trouble with. Thanks Rose for making this entire experience for my kids so much easier.
