DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!! Avoid avoid avoid. He doesn't build as per plans and ignores contractual responsibilities. We had to go to Fair Trading twice and ended up in court as he tried to overcharge us thousands more than the agreed fixed price. Quality of workmanship is also very poor. read more
