The ER Dr. at St. Anthony's was fantastic the medication he gave me worked fantastic. Here is my problem and all the Doctors know it. I work long hours on my feet. When seeing Dr. Koulova I told her what I was experiencing. I went to work that following week and had sever cramping in my lower legs and feet. I called the office back and they told me they couldn't help me I had to go see my regular doctor. I called the primary care doctor but can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I called this Goshen Medical crap back explaining my situation and was told they can't help me. I told them to go explicit themselves. How is it you go to a doctor they take your money then wont help you. Screw this place and Dr. piece of crap Koulova why can't they answer a basic question that I had. He now has a Nurse Practitioner (Sue) who is awesome. She is also a midwife. The office staff are pleasant and I don't wait long. His bedside manner when I had complications was terrific, reassuring...but again, straightforward-which I like. I have several friends who think him fabulous... Pregnancy is special and its important to find the right OB....he may not be for everyone, but I found him to be the best for me.

Dr. Jeff immediatly makes you comfortable with his majestic personality and charm I only requested chiro treatment but the whole center is an area of tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. My Physicians Dr. Stevy & Dr. Tracy are magnificent, well mannered and truly professionals. The place is always packed but you are quickly seen without stealing your sessions or someone else's. Healing Begins immediately for you if you're interested in getting better. I came in due to back and neck pain and within days I've been feeling superb. I try to get more sessions during the week but due to my insurance limits I could only due three days. My neck and back are doing well and I'm Not as I. Much pain as I first started. I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.

The office manager is unprofessional and unable to take accountability for her actions…read more After I expressed my concerns for the office's lack of communication with one another (I called and left a message to see if I needed to make a payment on my account at the time of the appointment as I've always done and no returned my call. Unfortunately I had to make a trip to the office to find out that I did need to make a payment and if I was unable to I would need to reschedule and pay at that time which I did (this is normally). Unless the office manager bypasses for one reason or another. Then the following day or two I finally received a return call from the office while I was sitting in the waiting room for my rescheduled appointment informing me that I needed to reschedule and make another appointment. I explained that the late response and lack of communication amongst the staff was very stressful and problematic for patients trying to juggle busy lives. At this point I noted the lack of accountability demonstrated by the office manager as it was alarming and extremely disappointing. After this visit for the first time in over 10 years I was blocked from making visits and paying at the time of visit due to a previous balance(Management discretion). For example the appointment that I am describing was schedule and payment was made towards my balance at time of the appointment prior to seeing the doctor. Either way this ensures that the office gets paid and my bill does not increase. However now this feels more like a personal vendetta against me for speaking up about my concerns. I am a cash patient with no insurance. Now i must pay prior to appointment, then wait for an appointment to become available that works with my schedule. In some instance this could take several days or weeks. This is direct retaliation caused by expressing my concerns. It's truly freighting that someone could behave like this, in the health field where doctors and staff play such a vital role. I have patronized this business for years and this is the first instance I was treated poorly which is especially shocking as this greatly affects my health and quality of life. Dr Cappa, Schwartz and my former podiatrist who has since left the practice along with his amazing assistant. No one else prior to this current office manager has ever behaved like this. Everyone has always been personable and empathetic. Also when I mentioned my disappointment with lack of communication within the office staff. I was verbally ridiculed by the medical assistant who loudly spoke amongst the office staff and office manager and she stated "Not today Satan." Unfortunately, she was also the assistant to the new very cold distant podiatrist I saw. When I asked her was she referring to me as she made the comment immediately after I expressed my concerns. she responded," No I wasn't" with a nasty hostile tone. That interaction was then followed with meeting the new podiatrist who lacked a bedside manner however he was very gentle and effective. The black girl at the front desk is always super sweet and down to earth and reminds me of what Cappa Podiatry use to be.
