She was thorough in her approach and spent a lot of time getting to know me and my history - as did the assistant responsible for the initial intake. It feels good to say I have a primary care provider after all these years. We will see what the blood work reveals and then discuss a plan of action, with Northern Medical's onsite physical therapy, acupuncture and hyperbaric therapy as potential options. The ER Dr. at St. Anthony's was fantastic the medication he gave me worked fantastic. Here is my problem and all the Doctors know it. I work long hours on my feet. When seeing Dr. Koulova I told her what I was experiencing. I went to work that following week and had sever cramping in my lower legs and feet. I called the office back and they told me they couldn't help me I had to go see my regular doctor. I called the primary care doctor but can't get an appointment for 2 weeks. I called this Goshen Medical crap back explaining my situation and was told they can't help me. I told them to go explicit themselves. How is it you go to a doctor they take your money then wont help you. Screw this place and Dr. piece of crap Koulova why can't they answer a basic question that I had. But unfortunately for last few years the sinus infections are back. Anyone who suffers from this knows they suck! So I went yesterday for my appointment and the staff are great. I called when I got there as that's protocol with the whole pandemic. They have hand sanitizer and of course a mask is a must. Wait was not that long. The doctor I saw Caitlin ( who I never met) was very Thorough and great. She looked in my sinuses and told me what I need to do going forward. She suggested another antibiotic as I've had sinus infection for 2 weeks now and also Blood work to be done and then a Cat Scan that I scheduled. When I go back in March, I will see Dr Gordon and after my results we will go from there. If you suffer from sinuses like I do, this ENT Facility is definitely the place to visit. They are very nice and understanding. I'm glad I finally went back!

I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.
