I needed 2 tires installed and I stopped into Martin tire at 8:00 am on Tuesday 2/3/2026. I expected to be there all morning because they were busy. The owner Mike assured me they could do it 40 minutes. I was out of there in 30 minutes and they charged less than Monro tire to install my tires. This was my 2nd time I had my tires installed at Martin and I will continue to bring my car here. Its a great locally owned business! JL read more

I noticed a slow leak. They found two metal pieces. They fixed it in about 35 minutes at the end of the day as a drive up customer. You couldn't ask for anything more. I'll be back. read more

Not a bad tire shop, pretty good service and OK prices. You can definitely get better prices elsewhere. My beef with them is : don't let them do any mechanical work for you. I got a new set of tires, the guy showed me wear on the inside of one and said "wow, you need an alignment."The car rode perfectly straight and didn't pull (symptoms of out-of alignment). I had bought the vehicle used and I suggested maybe there had been a problem earlier that resulted in the tire wear. He said he'd throw it on his alignment rack and take a quick look - of course he said "oh yeah, it's out - but I can take care of it". So I agreed, got charged for an alignment and drove away. It was a couple of days later before I got onto a smooth straight highway - and the wheel was crooked and pulled to the right as soon as I loosened my grip on the steering wheel. I stopped back by and was told I must have hit a pot hole and thrown it out of alignment (I hadn't). I went by my regular mechanic who took a look at it and said "if they aligned this - maybe their rack was out" - or maybe they didn't know what they were doing? Well, how do I begin? I had brakes done in February but my car started to shimmy. I thought I needed an alignment but I was told it was the brakes. I thought I got ripped off because I'm a woman. I went down and they were wonderful!!! It could've been bad brakes or my driving, but I had 45,000 miles before I had to buy these brakes. They repaired it under warranty AND didn't charge me a dime. On 12/13/21 needed two good used tires unmounted from loose old wheel rims, which don't fit my car, and those tires mounted onto my existing car wheel rims, already on my car, which will replace my existing bald tires. When installed, the tires will need balanced and DISPOSED OF the existing bald tires already on my car. I explained all this all the tire shops I contacted. I called around and got 3 quotes over the phone from different tire shops, each had a total price of $60. Since I was on my way to visit my sister in Etna I thought I would call Martin tire in Etna to get a quote. I was told over the phone that they would only give me a quote if I stopped by so they would look at the tires and wheels, which the other shops didn't request. Since I was going in that direction I stopped there. A service person looked at my wheels and tires and gave me the same verbal price quote as the three other places, $60. I assumed, like the other business that this was the TOTAL price. They said they could do the work immediately. I waited in the waiting room. When they were done, I was told the total was $76.72. Thats a 28% increase over my original quote. I obviously had sticker shock. Only when I was to pay, that I was told there is a $5 per tire disposal fee, and taxes. I don't know what the taxes where for since I didn't purchase anything? The service person didn't mention any additional charges over $60 when I asked for a quote, I assumed the quote was told the TOTAL price. I obviously was given an inaccurate or deceptive quote. Because of this business error or deception, I would not recommend this place for tire service. Maybe I should of gotten a quote in writing. It's not so much about paying the extra $16. 72, I just don't like being taken advantage of with deceptive business practices. BAD BUSINESS!!! I was charged $179.00 for a battery terminal bolt. The terminal was corroded and needed replaced so I took it to Martin Tire to have it replaced and they quoted me $100.00. When I picked it up they said it was done but it cost a little more- $179.00. To make a long story short I was lied to about the work performed. They clearly just attempted repair the part and it was not actually replaced. When I confronted the owner about it he lied to me and refused to even look at the work with me when my vehicle was parked outside. I spent $900.00 there the year before on new tires and this guy just lost a customer over a $179.00. This guy openly insulted and verbally berated me. I would not recommend anyone to patron this business as the owner is rude, arrogant and could care less about his customers. read more

Got my car inspected there today. I needed an oil change and a plug for my back tire. They did a great job and was not too expensive.

I just had my snow tires put on and only costed me $30 and the service is very swift. Martins Tire is definitely my go to .

Extremely professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend staying away from the chain tire stores. They are also very accommodating.

I've used their services a few times and they are nothing but helpful. They called and made sure I was ok with the repairs they were doing.

I went there to get two tires that I had in my backseat put on and I believe it was the owner ask can I help you. I should I have two tires in my backseat I won't put on it so he turned around and he looked at the tires in the van, then look up my tires on my front and said oh they're two different sizes. I said so what they don't have to be the exact size because from a tire manufacturing Toyota they can be put on the front only difference is that I will get for my land are different from my speedometer. He says I have to find somebody else because he can't do it. Now that's what you call a line of crap. The guy is a real jerk off and I would not recommend anybody to take anything to him. Now if you buy the tires off him oh yeah he'll put them on but he will charge you an arm and a leg. I can't believe business is not like it was 510 years ago and he would turn down business. I'm a businessman myself and the guy was real stupid! He pissed me off so bad that I wouldn't even leave him clean up my dog's doo doo let alone send him any customers. I went right up around the corner to Pennzoil and no problem and they put them on. read more

Everybody at Martin is incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to explain exactly what is going on and what needs to be done to fix it. Ignore the angry review from the guy who couldn't get them to mount his mismatched tires. I asked the owner once if he could do the exact same thing, and he said no because it's dangerous and the car wouldn't pass inspection. Makes sense to me. As a repeat customer who spends a lot of time there due to old cars that constantly need repairs, I highly recommend Martin. read more

My family takes our cars to Martin Tire because we have found them to be honest. They have told us when we DON'T need repair or a part when we were sure we did. Refreshing to know they care about their customers enough to not take advantage. read more
