Phone calls were not returned time and time again, despite multiple messages being left. I frequently had to follow up myself just to get basic updates on my case. There was little to no proactive communication, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. On more than one occasion, appointments were scheduled for me to come into the office, only for me to arrive and find the door locked. No notice, no call, no explanation. That level of disorganization and lack of consideration is unacceptable--especially in family law. Going through a divorce is one of the most emotional and difficult experiences a person can face. You rely on your attorney not only for legal guidance but also for professionalism, responsiveness, and support. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Instead of easing the burden, the lack of communication and follow-through added unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone going through a divorce.
