I assumed they had some big jobs which they had to take care of more quickly ( I only had a small leak) so I called them at 3 weeks. The office lady had the tech (Danny?) call me back the same day and they sent Wally and Victor out the following day. They found the problem, dug a tunnel for access and resolved the issue in under 2 hours. Friendly guys, respectful and professional (just like last time) and got me fixed up quickly.
