We were driving an older small Ford Ranger and the spare wasn't easy to reach. They tackled the job, put the torn tire back where the spare had been. Both men were wonderful and so nice to visit with. We had just moved to Weslaco and they shared places to eat. GREAT service!

I explained to them that the tires weren't even a year old and that I had purchased them there. Still they told me that I needed new tires. My tires were and are still good, just needed them rotated. They told me no they couldn't rotate them but that I could open up and account and get new tires. Horrible customer service and very rude!! I went down the street to to Los 2 Hermanos and they attended to be real quick. Got my tires rotated and balanced! Those guys are awesome and I highly recommend them, they are down the street from Pueblo tires.

So I went with Pueblo and had my car dropped off at 2 pm that day and it was ready first thing in the morning. Tires were installed fine, I also got an alignment, then took my car on the highway to make sure it was balanced and everything was great! Very professional group working out front, very helpful and great prices.
