Communication: On the day of, they arrived 5-10 minutes early (I respect that) and they texted me. 2. Walkthrough: Gave them a quick walkthrough of the place and the things needing to be discarded. They were respectful, asked questions, and were responsible. 3. Their Performance: These guys not only took everything I asked them to, but they went above and beyond and left the rooms spotless. 6 Total places and each place was CLEAN/BRAND NEW. 4. Ending: We conducted the last walkthrough before their departure. They are detail-oriented and polite. ** My opinion: Hire these guys. Message them through yelp or text them. You will not regret it. Let me start by saying that I used to work for a junk removal service, so I'm familiar with the scope of work and typical pricing. These guys were EXTREMELY fast and courteous, professional, and were priced competitively. They wore masks the entire time and were COVID safe. When it seemed like the truck was full, they still insisted that they could make room and even made suggestions to make my backyard even cleaner at no extra cost. I'd recommend this company to anybody. I can't reiterate how fast and friendly they were, considering I had a lot of bulky junk that probably totaled over 2 tons. I highly recommend this company. Mario is very nice, very professional; he works fast. He gave me a fair estimate and showed up early. Of course he gave me a call beforehand to make sure I was available. Great service and communication! These guys were professional and dressed in uniform. 2 big dudes moved me very heavy and obnoxious piano.
