Quick to answer the call. Fair price. Came by within a few days. Maybe I'm picky but I think when removing an item from inside the home, one should watch out for what's in the way. Over all, they did. But he pushed aside something that was in the way that is attached to the ceiling. Not good. When I said it's attached, he didn't seem bothered and said he only moved it a couple inches. I unfortunately have popcorn ceilings so down came some of that stuff. Not a lot, but I would've given 5 stars if he wasn't so dismissive or at least apologized. Once they left I had to clean up and level out what he'd shoved. I contacted several companies for the project through yelps services and received a number of quotes ranging from $1100 to $599 - happy hauling came in at a modest $225. I have worked with junk disposal companies in the past and know firsthand how they tier their pricing based on load fractions, and it is an absolute rip off. I was happy to approve happy hauling for my project and they were able to accommodate same-day, which was simply amazing. If you work a full time job like me you are short on time for home improvement projects on the weekends and cherish efficiency. They showed up in the late afternoon and (tasked with blocking my alleyway) had everything loaded and the alleyway unlocked in about 20 min flat. I could have not asked or dreamed for a better outcome for such a project.
