I waiting 30 minutes to get help with a piece of plywood and they kept skipping over me and helping other people. This store use to be great a few years ago, but now they have gone down hill. I guess they don't really care about the customer, they only care about the pros. The only saving grace was that some other guy was walking around and he came to help us. He apologized for us having to wait so long and was super cool about it as well. We never did see the original guy we asked for help though. Kinda disappoint and lackluster customer service.

This location does not have good customer service. They have good prices, but one of our cabinets…read morewas not as we discussed when ordered. They would not make it right. They were also very rude when we called with the issue. I would recommend Surplus Warehohse for the prices, but I will not be using the Nacogdoches location for my future needs. We are unable to find a sink that even fits the cabinet that they sold us. When we tried to call and ask for suggestions on where we could find a sink that fits, they said that it wasn't their job to know what kind of sink would fit. They couldn't even suggest a place that would have a sink that fits their cabinets!
