I waiting 30 minutes to get help with a piece of plywood and they kept skipping over me and helping other people. This store use to be great a few years ago, but now they have gone down hill. I guess they don't really care about the customer, they only care about the pros. The only saving grace was that some other guy was walking around and he came to help us. He apologized for us having to wait so long and was super cool about it as well. We never did see the original guy we asked for help though. Kinda disappoint and lackluster customer service.

I told them to check the price again and they verified that the price was correct. I then drove 15 miles one way to pick up the kerosene and loaded my cart with the 3 heavy cans and proceeded to checkout. At the checkout I was told that the price was $29.99 a can. I told them that I called before I left the house and the price that I was told was $19.00 each. The manager was called and he told me that the price was $29.99 each. He said. "I do not know who told you that price. Sorry." All that I can say is that the help needs more training and that they should not quote prices that are not correct. Especially if the customer asks twice about the product and drives a long way only to have the prices switched upon arrival.

This was when the Sabine River was overflowing and looking to take a short break as we detoured through East Texas to reach Louisiana. At 5:45 am a man beat on the window and told us to leave the parking lot as the store was opening. We were parked in plain view in the front and not been bothering anything in a vacant lot. The store would not be opening any time soon and we were not even asked if everything was okay, just told to go. Left an impression on us that will not fade.

We are unable to find a sink that even fits the cabinet that they sold us. When we tried to call and ask for suggestions on where we could find a sink that fits, they said that it wasn't their job to know what kind of sink would fit. They couldn't even suggest a place that would have a sink that fits their cabinets!
