They did just what I asked. I proactively made the commitment up front to fill in any holes they left knowing that the ground would not be totally dry, but I wanted those trees down now and branches gone. He was supposed to get a hold of me on Monday to come over in the afternoon to look at what I needed. Everything sounded good. He sounded like he was a responsible person. Today is now Tuesday at 6:30pm and I have not heard anything from him which is very disappointing. When you're dealing with a business you expect that they're going to do what they say or at least contact you to make different arrangements. I guess I'll be moving on to a different company and hope they can fulfill what they say. Very disappointing. The whole point of going through Angi was to try to find somebody reputable that could at least keep an appointment!
