My neighbor needed some trees removed and this tree service shared they needed access through my…read moreyard to get to the tree. Trying to be neighborly I said ok. No mention was made about trailers or vehicles being driven through my yard. Now they are gone and I ended up with some of my garden tools thrown to the sides, a torn up front lawn and a mess in front of my house and seemingly no attempts to clean up after themselves. Without a doubt the worst of it all without a doubt was we have buried one of my dogs in the yard and a plaque is on the ground above where he is buried. The plaque is the size of a big plate and someone from this "service" removed this from where it was and tossed into the middle of my yard. No need to do this at all. No respect given to what was obviously was a memorial plaque that was in our yard, and this certainly did not need to be treated disrespectfully and at least could have been placed back when done. Seems those doing this work have very, very poor respect for others and are not worthy of consideration.

I used Ron Yaple at Race Mt as a consultant on a big old maple. I had gotten conflicting opionions…read morefrom two sources previously in the process of getting quotes on dealing with several trees. Ron took a more thorough look at the maple than the others had, one of whom had said it should come down and one of whom thought it would be fine with some wiring and pruning. Ron came down on the side of cutting it down but for a totally different reason than the other guy who was not a certifed arborist and who's reasoning Ron disagreed with. In the end he saw a hard to see flaw in the tree that neither of the others had noticed. In the process of watching Ron's thorough inspection and listening to his anaysis I concluded he had the best judgement about what to do.

Matthew came and looked at it and recommended a pressure treated fence to match the rest of the deck. He looked closely at it, took pictures and did an absolutely beautiful job. Matthew was always on time and finished in under a day. He also replaced a rotted handrail on the deck. It came out perfect! I would definitely call again for any construction projects and would highly recommend.
