The staff have always been pleasant via phone and in person and are patient with my client who needs a bit of time to get his words out. The shop appears to have been around for some time but well stocked, with all sorts of shoes from regular to orthopedic and I like the 1/2 off sock bucket which is encouraging to while you're already dealing with footwear.
