Instead of I am sorry or let me check with the guys. Then I was having the roof put on the company didn't cut my grass for over two weeks until I complained. Then owner made excuses why the lawn wasn't cut. Most lawn companies would use the weed eater to trim. Instead I got excuses of the nails in the yard and when I told the owner the roof was done he basically called me a liar. Don't bother wasting your money on crappy lawn service.
