Rex Sutton, the owner, could not have been more professional, competent and kind every time I spoke to him. He met me at my house immediately after calling him to inquire about a quote and quickly assessed our fencing needs. Though my project was relatively small, he gave me a quote quickly, which was lower than the other 4 companies I contacted about this fence. One company was literally twice as much, for the same style of fence. Then his efficient, friendly workers installed the fence lightning fast, of a quality which seems superior to other fences in the neighborhood in terms of the quality of wood used. I don't know how Liberty Fence does it, they were the cheapest, fastest, and best quality. Usually you get one of the three, possibly two if you're lucky. But never all three. And the service could not have been better. Everyone at the company had the same great attitude and sense of pride in their company. I just cannot recommend this company enough. And, I knew nothing of this company nor do I know anyone at this company, and was not sent to them by a friend or a family member. I called them based only on the fact that I noticed that they did most of the other fences in the neighborhood. I wish every industry had a company of Liberty Fence caliber. Whether it be air travel, home builders, hotels - or whatever, it seems with each passing year we have had to settle for less quality at higher prices. It is great to know that some people still take pride in their work and also realize that a customer that is taken care of will recommend their work to friends and family members. When we hired Liberty Fence, we received a quote that we thought was reasonable for the quality…read more(they claimed to use wood screws instead of nails which have been shown to last longer). They were already a trusted company with the HOA (meaning we didn't have to run the company through them for approval first). When we organized a time for them to come by, they no-called, no-showed twice. We had to continuously call them to find out what happened & when they would be here. When they finally came on the agreed upon time, everything seemed to carry on as it should. However, upon inspection after the job was completed & they had left, we found several cigarette butts, left over nails scattered around (they used nails even though our quote & our agreement included wood screws), & fencing planks that hadn't been fully nailed in. The grass they had to dig up for the stakes weren't picked up, & it didn't feel like a finished job. We called to have them fix the fence posts that weren't nailed in. They fixed the ones that weren't done correctly & walked around to ensure all the other planks were secure. After they left, again we found a couple more planks that weren't fully nailed in. Paul was the only fencer we interacted with in person that seemed nice, personable, and apologetic ab the mistakes made; the other workers ignored us or avoided us from the beginning. Unfortunately would not recommend.
