They said my concrete was in good shape and there was no need to replace it.

After the fact I found the capacitor was sold at the local hardware store For 30 dollars. Much cheaper id tou can do it yourself. If the fan isn't turning or it's not blowing cool air, it's probably the capacitor. Fyi

If you chose to use this company after reading this, DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UP FRONT, no matter what he tells you about needing the money. He does not have a good reputation with concrete companies meaning he will not pay them after concrete deliver. In my situation he had been paid for my concrete and chose to never pour my slab. This went to court and he was served a judgement and has still never paid a dime back. Also if you decide to use him, as for proof of his credentials up front (lincensure and insurance information). On out job he was caught by the State operating without a license and was fined. There is documentation to prove everything I am saying about this company. If I were inquiring about concrete and read this, I would stay away from using this company!!
