They took time to examine me and didn't rush me out. It ended up that I had the flu and it had progressed to severe bronchitis and both of my ears were full with fluids. I was put on the correct medication along with chest x-ray prescription if my fever went up higher to check for pneumonia. Within a few days I started feeling better. It hurts me to have to write bad review on Myene Rucker like this because I thought she is a educated black professional woman. But after months of being her patient Mylene Rucker staff was not verifying my insurance properly and did not iterate the proper way for me to handle it, so that my visits would be covered.. I am a Medical patient and it is already extremely hard to find a good Dr that actually cares about the patient. Mylene Rucker has been prescribing me medication for my condition for almost six months, I was getting better. The down side is you cannot stop taking the medication abruptly because the side affects could be deadly. As was explained to me when she prescribed them to me. When I went in to get my refills and check-up, this is when they finally discover that the insurance had not covered the past visits. I asked if I could be placed on a payment plan. This is when this woman started yelling at me, told me she is in this business to get paid NOW and told me to get out of her office. What kind of Dr. with any morals would treat their patient like that. Also to just leave me hanging with my medication not even caring about the side effects that could happen. I am a single parent with two small children and health issues. I need a Dr. with compassion. Not a money hungry monster who obviously holds no value to the Hippocratic oath, and should have her licences to practice medicine taken away. She can not handle the stress of this type of position and then takes it out on her patients. I personally think this woman is to OLD and should retire because she has no patience for her patients. I have never been more insulted in my life.

I have always received the best professional care from him and his staff. When you schedule an appointment to see Holvik or his other medical staff your waiting time is minimal.  He doesn't overbook his schedule so he can take the necessary time to see you and to listen to your concerns and to address your symptoms the best way any doctor could. Over the years, Holvik has proven to embody a wealth of wisdom, knowledge, and experience.  I'm writing this because it saddens me to read about the loss of someone's father.  Losing the one you love is always hard to deal with but placing blame on a doctor's actions or a lack thereof is not fair either.  I hope in time you will see Holvik provided the best professional care your father could have ever received.  Holvik would have diagnosed the disease, but it would have taken time for testing to find out what was causing your father's symptoms and diagnosing his disease. My observation is Holvik has always delivered high quality health care in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.  I and many others patients who know him believe he has the ability and judgement wherein you may place your trust in him to do what is best.

I want to be clear -- I provided the correct information, and the member ID was accurate and already in their system. My daughter even showed it in person. When I called to have the mistake corrected, instead of helping, Marsha was rude, argumentative, and passive-aggressive. She insisted that I gave the wrong member ID, which was not true, and continued to argue with me rather than resolving the issue professionally. Her tone was inappropriate, and others could hear the interaction, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Patients should not be blamed for staff errors or treated with disrespect when trying to fix an issue. I hope management addresses this, because this experience was not okay.

I have been seeing Noah Sarr the whole time. I have never had a more caring FNP in my life. This man has taken me through one of the worst times in my health. He spent time listening to my symptoms and figure out what I have and get me the care and specialist that I require. I have the highest respect for him. I have had him work with my specialist. He goes above and beyond. I have also had Dr Holvik call me in for an emergency on my blood work, which Noah had already taken care of, but it was wonderful to know that Dr Holvik is keeping track of things in the back ground. I visited the office to simply get a referral to a podiatrist. they billed my insurance with The wrong coding and refused to fix it. So now I'm stuck with not only paying the co pay I already paid and should have only had to pay... but a $100 dollar bill along with being sent To collections. Everyone was so incredibly rude and unwilling to work with me. all this to say, I have since switched providers. When you needed to speak with someone in the office you could never do it you had to go through a call center. But when he told me he was going to be going to his own office I found him and followed him there. He doesn't treat his patients like cattle in and out as fast as he can. He sits and spends the time required to listen to you order what you need and gets you on track again. He is the best Doctor I have ever been to in my entire life and I would follow him anywhere. When you call his office you actually get to speak with a person in his office and they are always very nice and helpful NOT rude . I love Dr. Castillo and recommend him to everyone.
