Why I couldn't give 5 stars: I explained that I needed a deep cleaning for 1br/1ba unit for post-construction and move-in and was quoted 2hrs- But I wanted a DEEP clean so I asked for 3 hours. The team said they were done after 2 hours and after they'd left, I saw they'd missed areas to be cleaned. In order to complete the cleaning, I had to go behind them and do additional cleaning in the bathroom and on the dirt on the floors/grout.
