He personally calls patients for follow ups prior to surgery. It is true that appointments never start on time, but it is because they talk to each patient as long as needed, rather than rushing. I also trusted Dr. Stern to perform surgery on me. I haven't had issues with rude staff. I have been to both the Auburn and Federal Way offices. Both have ample free parking. I plan to recommend Dr. Stern to friends and family.

They refused to do other testing on me unless I signed up for a program that cost over $18k. (This is all out of pocket btw.) Then they prescribed over $14k in supplements annually from a company that she owns. Oh, but wait...you get a 10% discount for the first month. But not after that unless you sign up for the $18k program. I don't care how big her social media presence is, this was a big mistake. It's more like a pill mill than a health care facility. They don't treat you like you are meaningful...just someone to make more $$ off of. I took the labs to a local functional medicine doctor and was given way better care. During that time I had to look for medical care elsewhere and discovered Pacific Medical. My initial contact was with a receptionist (name ?) who was the most pleasant receptionist I believe I've ever met. She was so helpful and arranged an appointment for me to meet a new PCP (Primary Care Physician). She transferred all my medical records from UW Medicine making the process painless. Did I mention the receptionist was so very pleasant? After my initial meeting with my new PCP, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Pacific Medical. The medical facility is really close by my apartment, so traveling back and forth is not a problem. Lots of parking, with about half dozen Handicap parking stalls directly out from the front door of the clinic. Perhaps the time spent with negotiations between Aetna & UW Medicine was my good luck.

I took my son River to her at 3 months old for infant torticollis and after only three visits (1 hour each) his neck was in alignment and no longer tilting to one side. His tummy time has improved so much and his neck seems so much stronger and he is happier and more relaxed. I would recommend all moms of newborns come see Dr. Hart for this very gentle massage-like therapy to release any tightness their infant probably is carrying around in their neck from birth. It is absolutely incredible what a difference she has made in my son's life.

If she is not able to directly address a medical treatment, she immediately forwards my information to the appropriate person and I always receive a referral in a timely manner. Dr. Orincea always greets me with a smile, and genuinely seems happy to see me when I make an office visit. That speaks volumes considering her job involves listening to patients complain about pain and medical issues all day long. To have a Dr. that by the end of her shift is still smiling, always means the world to me. Additionally, her staff always treats me with kindness and respect, while also having wonderful bedside manner as well.
