She frequently makes sure that she was able to address my mom's questions and concerns. My mom is a retired physician and although quiet during appointments, she usually tells me a lot after every appt. She has been nothing but satisfied with Dr. Troncales. She appreciates that she does not feel rushed. She is grateful that she has gotten established with a physician who is so passionate about helping the older population.

During that time I had to look for medical care elsewhere and discovered Pacific Medical. My initial contact was with a receptionist (name ?) who was the most pleasant receptionist I believe I've ever met. She was so helpful and arranged an appointment for me to meet a new PCP (Primary Care Physician). She transferred all my medical records from UW Medicine making the process painless. Did I mention the receptionist was so very pleasant? After my initial meeting with my new PCP, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Pacific Medical. The medical facility is really close by my apartment, so traveling back and forth is not a problem. Lots of parking, with about half dozen Handicap parking stalls directly out from the front door of the clinic. Perhaps the time spent with negotiations between Aetna & UW Medicine was my good luck.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to get a stye removed. The staff was very friendly. I…read moremade it very clear to the staff that we needed to get the stye removed and it had been there for two months. We got a an appointment for the very next day. We went in and paid. The doctor was running about 45 minutes late. Then we were sent to an eye specialist. I was never told in my initial conversations with their staff that we would be getting sent somewhere else. We paid for the doctor to tell us to go somewhere else. When I called their office to ask for a refund they told me that we had to pay because the doctor thought it was in our best interest to go see a specialist. Ridiculous! I would not refer his office to anyone! That is very bad business practice!

For 20+ years now I've been going to doctors all over for help with pain. They all ran their…read morestandard tests and when I didn't fit into those categories by testing positive for any of those conditions, they'd tell me it was all in my head, they told me I was depressed no matter how much I said I wasn't and finally a diagnosis for Fibromyalgia so they could quickly write me off. I finally gave up and lived with it as best I could until this last year when the pain became debilitating. My boyfriend suggested Dr. Sanchez saying that he was a good doctor who will sit and talk to you, which we all know is very rare these days. My appointment lasted over an hour with an examination and a lot of talking. He said that he didn't agree with with my past doctors and sent me in for an MRI. Turns out that had any of the other doctors really stopped and talked to me, put down their checklist of insurance preferred conditions, and treated me like the pain wasn't all in my head, they'd have discovered that I have a serious spine condition which has caused a lengthy list of secondary issues (the issues that the previous doctors couldn't make sense of). So I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone who needs a good doctor. Sometimes you have to wait a long time which I know is frustrating, but then I think about how much he really does for you in those appointments and I understand why it's taking a while longer for him to get to me.

I will no longer return to this office due to the shoddy service received here. The doctor clearly overwhelms his schedule to the point patients wait 45-60 minutes past their scheduled time. When you do see him, the entire visit lasts less than 10 minutes. On top of that, he offers no advice, personalized care, or any real conversation. He clearly wants people in and out as fast as possible. They will bill you through the roof, though, for the 10 minutes they see you. Office staff is also inexperienced, apathetic, and some of the billing managers are rude.

Although this visit wasn't horrible, it wasn't great either. I went in to see Dr. Ory because I had…read morea persistent cough and needed to get a TB test for my work. I didn't have to wait very long when I arrived which was great, and the nurse and staff were nice to me when taking vitals and such. But, I would recommend to double check you EOB from your insurance to make sure that they are not over charging you because of what happened in my situation. I had to go back 3 days later for a follow up to have my TB tests read. The front desk told me there is no co pay for that because it is not with the doctor. Got it. (I also called them to confirm this on the day of the follow up visit) Well, I get the EOB from my insurance and apparently the doctor billed me for his office visit ( I expected), the phone call (wth really), and the "office visit" with the nurse that took my vitals and printed me out a letter saying I was negative for TB. Billed my insurance for almost $1000. Quite extreme to me. I am currently working with CHI to dispute the phone and the 2nd office visit.

We've had prescriptions overlooked and difficulty getting them to the pharmacy. We usually see a doctor annually but this office requires twice a year or won't refill your routine prescription. Rather than a quick phone call, office insists on an appointment just to review simple labs with no problem results. Although, I think Dr. Qüdüssi is a good doctor, but the operation seems like it's winding down. If you're a new patient, I wouldn't recommend, as it seems short-term.

At that time, she didn't put me on medication. I just got off what was supposed to have been a virtual appointment to manage the fact that I have lost height and need to reevaluate my osteopenia. I felt she was unprepared for the appointment, as she didn't apparently get my chart out of archive and read it so as to be aware of prior test values. She asked me when I had my bone density exam, and i said it would be in my chart that had been archived. She then said that it wasn't acceptable for me to be angry, which confused me, as I'd said in a conversational tone of voice that the test date ought to be in my old chart. She went on to tell me that it's the patient's responsibility to know when they had various tests and what the result was. While I agree that we patients need to understand the tests we had done and the results, I believe it's the Doctor's responsibility to know what their treatment plan had been, and what tests had been ordered and the test results that she had received. She was very rude. At that point, I said we were done for not only today, but forever, and hung up. I will not work with her again under any circumstances. If I could have given 0 stars on the rating I would have. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have gone to the Bellevue location in the past 2 years for…read moremy annual eye exam so this is my first visit at this location (only location that has an open spot for the following day that is close to where I live... and yes, I procrastinate & wait until last minute.. so don't judge lol) Anyway, I wanted to give a shoutout to Dr. Ryan Secrest and his amazing technician, unfortunately I forgot her name but she's awesome! I came in with my sister & my little toddler who loves to just run around and touch just about anything he sees. He gets very loud at times where people look at us weird (like geez he's just a cute little child) Dr. Secrest had to deal with my toddler making noises but didn't seem like it bothered him. The technician made us feel comfortable & I could tell she loves her job. It was an in & out appointment. No long wait, no hassle & it went very smooth. Yay!!

I made my son an eye exam appointment in February for April 2nd (today)..... So kaiser had 2 months to reach out to me with any  new findings or revelations, But did they? No, of course not. They wait until half an hour  before my  sons appointment to tell me the eye doctor called in sick.  Okay, people get sick. Fair enough, I was fine with rescheduling but then they proceeded to tell me that my insurance supposedly "does not cover eye exams "  I beg your pardon? Why would you Schedule an eye exam for me, if my insurance did not cover it?  You have to pull up my chart with ALL my insurance and medical information to schedule any appointment correct? Nobody caught this? And furthermore, why are you waiting  30 MINUTES before my appointment to tell me? All this to say, kaiser wasted my time and they didn't need to. Please do better.
