I was selling my house…read morein RI and buying a house in CT and originally, I had planned on using the realtor selling my RI house to also help me find a house in CT. Unfortunately, with houses being in such high demand my RI realtor was not devoting the time needed for me to find a house, while attending an open house I met Diane who was the realtor for the seller and I was taken with how friendly she was. I decided then to contact her to have her help me find a house, best decision I ever made! Diane answered my e-mail the same night (7 PM) and set me up to receive MLS listings that started coming the very next morning, she also reached out to me the next morning to find out more of what I was looking for. I had looked at and bid on several CT houses previously and was always turned down, I contacted Diane about a house I wanted to see and she arraigned for a walk through the next day; I loved the house and put in a bid (this was at 5PM). Diane helped me work with a loan officer (Suzanne Mazzarella-also fantastic) and was able to get my bid in and the seller accepted! Diane's greatness did not stop there, she gave me names of 3 inspectors I could use (I Went with CT Pro who were fantastic) and also put me in touch with a contractor as I wanted to have some work done who came down at the same time as the inspector. Diane checked in with me every step of the way to make sure if I had questions I asked them and that I understood where we were at all times. She even answered questions I had regarding the selling of my RI house! It's now two weeks after closing and Diane is still checking on me and providing stellar customer service! Diane was friendly, patient, honest and caring-you couldn't ask for more!

She also brought expertise into the showing process from a builders perspective that helped us catch things that otherwise we would have overlooked. This all translated well into our sale, where she did a thorough walk through with us to help identify areas where we could do small repairs or updates with little cost that really helped the home show better. Truly could not have asked for a better partner in this journey!

We hired him to help us find a home to buy. Jeff answered all calls and returned texts and emails in minutes no matter when they were sent. He was personable , and extremely detail oriented. As first time homebuyers, BUYER BEWARE! This place is not honest, forthcoming, or transparent…read more Pushy to get you to sign on to their recommended services, which in turn were clearly not knowledgeable regarding our specific situation. Horrible experience where we were misled, entered into a "VIP Buyer agreement" that was ANYTHING but "VIP", worked with a lender who was recommended and kind but also pushy, we informed everyone from the start we had some taxes to file for my husband's business, and were informed only after we were under contract that we did not meet eligibility requirements to qualify for the RI first time down payment assistance loan in time for our closing due to our IRS payment plan timeline! (FYI- their preferred lender might not explain to you until its TOO LATE that you need 3mos of IRS payments to qualify for this down payment assistance!) Received a verbal extension from seller to extend closing for a week, which we took and decided to eat it on our down payment assistance loan just to get into this property. Turns out no one kept up communication from the seller, who flew in for closing, and they never actually signed the extension. We signed a termination to protect our deposit at 9:30am on a Thursday. Asked for and received NO updates until a text message at nearly THREE AM the following Sunday informing us that the seller had indeed backed out, and signed their own termination of contract?! On the same Thursday we signed ours, at 3:30 PM?! And they had had "no updates" for us for DAYS?! Selling AND buying agents are colleagues at this same agency, yet communication was abhorrent. Complete lack of understanding the urgency of such matters. Thank god we got our deposit and our "VIP" buyer payment for a total of 4k back- that was the ONLY positive to come out of this experience. Never again!!
