I explained the problem to the person who answered the call (Mary) and she told me she thought they had a service technician out our way and she would call him to see if he could help us. Mary called me right back and said he could be there shortly. The technician arrived shortly after (Pete) and he checked over our problem and gave me a price. Pete got right to work on it and was out of here in about an hour and 15 minutes. I'm not sure if we would have got anyone else to come if they weren't available and we might not have had water for a couple days.
