Before I arrived at my appointment for my root canal today, I was so anxious that I was in tears. I had let an abscess on my gums go untreated for months before I went to have it looked at because I was afraid of what they would tell me. I wish I hadn't waited so long to go, though, because Dr. Jones and her staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. She is a superb clinician who knows her patients and is concerned for their welfare. If you're looking for the old fashioned "family doctor" experience, look no further. I timed it, from he walked in the door to the moment he walked back out was 12 minutes. They did absolutely nothing to alleviate his pain, no numbing the tooth, no pulling the tooth just antibiotics that are making him sick to his stomach. My…read moregrandson got hurt and baseball which the ball hit his front two teeth knocking both of them out root and all. Dr Jacobson was on call and immediately got in touch with us as we were at the ER and said to bring the tooth in and he will fix it. The staff and him are just phenomenal! The quality of care is great, the hospitality is great. If it wasn't for them my grandson would have a permanent tooth missing. They're still healing to do but thanks to Pinnacle pediatric dentistry they made it so much easier. I give them all five stars
