And the temporary location was very convenient and clean but had limited parking. As they waited, there was a few ladies standing at the front desk, talking in Spanish and at some point, they got a little heated. I don't understand, but I could tell that there was some conflict. I just got on my phone and minding my own business. Within a few minutes, everybody parted ways, and this Sweet gal who was running the front desk came to me to explain that a client had gone to the wrong room and she refused to move. She repeated more than once as she truly apologize but this client was just not willing to budge. I was a little discombobulated by exactly what was being conveyed when she said could you come back at 2 o'clock today? I'll give you a discount. I'm never un polite and I told her no I would not be able to come back today at 2 PM as I drove all the way from Punta Gorda. But thank you and I got up and I left. I could tell it absolutely wasn't her fault and I don't even think it was the client's fault. I think that it was miss rescheduled mishandled by the office as a whole.
