I know when I drop my son off, he is well taken care of, well fed, plays hard & has learned so much just in 1yr of being there. I knew my child was a bit delayed & had inherited certain learning disabilities. The staff recognized it & suggested the birth to 3 to help him get to where he needs to be. The combination of the daycare & birth to 3 has made a huge impact in so many ways. The staff works with my son & has embraced his silly & sometimes goofy ways. They have also helped me in many ways too. Learning & growing is not just for the child but for the whole family. I can't express how much we both love this place. The education, the care, support & awesome fun like art..... so worth it! Every morning, my son is eager & happy to go to "school." It's frustrating that for…read moreapproximately $200 a session (4 sessions a year) your child is taught by coaches who walk around deck fiddling with their cell phones or giving only certain children their attention. I sit and observe most practices and other parents and myself have noticed this. The coach for the younger children often criticizes children who are struggling but I've never seen her actually get into the water to help them. Communication is terrible. Emails from my child's coach are almost always unanswered. However I know she gets them because she refers to them to my daughter. Even when I've attempted to discuss issues with the head coach my emails often go unanswered. Face to face is a joke-both my daughters coach and the head coach look annoyed when you ask to speak to them. Apparently they do not care that my fees pay their wages. This is our last session. I am no longer willing to pay $800 a year and volunteer my time at events when it is obvious that the FSC does not appreciate its members or families.

They help hoarders, bring dogs from kill shelters down south and Wisconsin, they help people when they need to surrender their animals for personal reasons. They were really nice and it was a great process. If you have a dog or cat that needs to be surrendered, go to them, because my cat is amazing!!!!
